Here is the printout of the Supreme Court. Either Obama waived his right to respond or a response was received, but not docketed yet. They will provide a date for the conference shortly. It will be in December or January. Decision on Mario’s conference will be available on Monday.

    The Acting Solicitor General, on behalf of the four appellees, waived response. The case will most likely be distributed for conference on January 7, 2011. Monday Orders on January 10, 2011. Cert will be denied.
