        Thus the caption you posted is a result of double translation!.. (Surprisingly, the sense was preserved, yet the original is better). 

        And I still am very puzzled: how the rights of a person protesting his speeding fine in a court hearing differ from your rights to protest your fine in a court hearing.

        I cannot fathom the ugliness of what is happening to this country – and particularly to you. I cannot understand it.

        How come that a traffic fine for $500 may be objected, and court hearing in merits for the defender is guaranteed. Moreover, if the witnessing police officers fail to appear, the case is won.

        And your fine is $20,000, and your objection has been processed without hearing in merits and without your appearance. And now that Supreme Court hearing – even if it does happen: they may just formally repeat that very kind of sabotaging decision made by the appellate court before them. Again, without hearing in merits and without your appearance to present your case…

        Why such a difference in comparison to traffic violations?

    from what I understand, it comes from snopes.com, which is not credible. they have not written a word of truth on obama’s eligibility
