I was concerned by an article related to Major General Childers not knowing he had been named as a plantiff in the Cook vs. Good lawsuit. The article stated though,” unconfirmed” that the publisher had recieved several e-mails purportatly from Major General Chiders that he had agreed to be a plantiff earlier to a petition but not to a lawsuit. That his name should be removed and to contact Dr. Taitz over the matter in the “unconfirmed” purported e-mails. Reading the consent form and letter I find the article and most likely articles with such statements should be retracted or at least comments in question referred to this site.
