   It’s someone using the TOR network, an anonymizing proxy service, which means it’s someone computer savvy who is going out of their way to assure anonymity while impersonating someone else.

   Yeah, it’s definitely part of the TOR network and he can’t be traced. If you go to Google and put in the following search string: 89.188.20.246 tor

   You’ll see the first entry is for iblocklist, showing it’s a commonly blocked ip address for abuse.

   You can read more about TOR and it’s abuses here:

   Contrary to how they sugarcoat it, abuse is prevalent with this service. For every one person who uses it for a good reason, there are probably three plus bad people using it for illegal purposes.

    Au contraire my little croissants… I am being prudent. As we all know, Ms. Taitz is prone to finding information on the WRONG people all of the time. If I were to leave my very very common name, I would probably expose some innocent person to her little temper tantrums. And then she’d post the WRONG persons address, telephone number, and social security number (ssn illegally as she continues to do).

    Orly Taitz is your golden calf and soon your golden calf will be melted down and put into something more worth while.
