Berg rants in his complaint that Orly’s site wasn’t “hacked”. Well, Phil you should check what the definition of “hacking” is. It is not just breaking into a computer system. It is also the unauthorized access or change to data on a site. There is no question that the email address was changed and that it was unauthorized. Therefore, Orly ids TOTALLY correct in claiming that her site was hacked
