Great news in FL
Posted on | February 11, 2012 | 47 Comments
It has been reported that Larry Kleyman, founder of the judicial watch, will be filing a ballot challenge to Obama in FL. I think, this is great news. More challenges give more visibility to the issue. His challenge is expected in a week.

Perhaps people willing to donate to the cause should think about where their money goes before jumping on the Klayman bandwagson.
Maybe not such great news, and money that is being taken right out of your pocket, $25,000 to be exact, if it’s raised, for a guy who sued his own mother, who was suffering from dementia at the time, for reimbursement for caring for her; is under indictment in Ohio for criminal non-support of his children (deadbeat dad); was banned for life from a California courtroom; had his law license suspended by the Disciplinary Board of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania; accused by Judicial Watch of misappropriating more than $200,000; and sanctioned and reprimanded by the Supreme Court of Florida, on behalf of the Florida Bar, only six months ago, this stemming from the last time he screwed somebody out of a $25,000 retainer; and who, by the way, is not licensed in CA.
February 11th, 2012 @ 6:38 am
Larry Klayman is someone who
1. sued his own mother
2. is under indictment in Ohio for criminal non-support of his children
3. was banned for life from a California courtroom
4. had his law license suspended by the Disciplinary Board of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania
5. was accused by Judicial Watch of misappropriating more than $200,000; and sanctioned and reprimanded by the Supreme Court of Florida, on behalf of the Florida Bar six months ago

This is great news!
If Obama wins we all lose!
If Obama loses we all win!

No, more challenges just helps make you lot look desperate and incredulous.
All of your “work” boils down to one sentence:
“We gotta get that darkie off the ballot!”
February 11th, 2012 @ 7:51 am
I have friends in FL and they told me they hate Obama in FL and it should be an easy loss in FL for Obama
February 11th, 2012 @ 8:18 am
Dr. Taitz,
have you googled him ?
He never had any success and he is broke. Just needs the money, which you will be missing !
Sincerely
Your European
February 11th, 2012 @ 8:32 am
I thought he was very successful. How do you know, that he is broke?
February 11th, 2012 @ 8:52 am
“How do you know, that he is broke?”
That’s what he wrote in a letter to the Florida Bar when he was disciplined a couple months ago. He said he was broke.

It is KLAYMAN, not Kleyman.

”
When he was ordered to pay the client back, Klayman missed payments, whining in court documents that he’s so broke he can’t afford a bankruptcy lawyer.”
Klayman is robbing the coffers.

Orly, google him. He has been pleading poverty to get out of paying child support and judgments related to malpractice and his litigation against Judicial Watch.
February 11th, 2012 @ 12:16 pm
Orly pay no attention to TheEuropean Judicial Watch is a respected site unless he asks you for money don’t worry about how much money he has.
What we need is as many people as we can get filing these suits. You have been carrying the load alone long enough.
To see so many states getting court dates is what will help. Even though main stream media it trying to trivialize your efforts millions of people are with you .
Until can take over control of the web WE will be following your lead and GOD Bless you Orly you are a true hero.
February 11th, 2012 @ 1:32 pm
Orly:
Larry is “unstable” and is suing everyone. He reminds me of Berg and Kreep, and I shall not be surprised if he will end up suing his clients.
I am not aware of any case that he won recently.
It is such a waste of $$$$.
February 11th, 2012 @ 1:46 pm
Now the big boys are getting involved. I think we should support Larry financially. He really has a lot of power and knowledge on this area. Nobody wants to piss off Larry.
February 11th, 2012 @ 4:12 pm
Why does he need $25,000 when you are filing these cases and, by faith, waiting for the funds to come in?
I will support Orly with the greenback paper currency.

Dr. Taitz, TheEuropean is assessing Mr. Klayman’s business acumen and financial health from “the West Wing” and Wikipedia, or perhaps from HuffPo or George what’s-his-name.
February 11th, 2012 @ 7:48 pm
Well, since Obama was the only candidate on the Florida Democratic Primary ballot, they didn’t print any ballots and the Primary was effectively cancelled this year.
So I’m not quite sure what he’s challenging. He can’t file a general election challenge until after the Democratic Convention.
The Miami NewTimes reports that Klayman wrote this to the Florida Bar:
However, success should not be confused with wealth.
February 11th, 2012 @ 7:48 pm
maybe this is another Larry Klayman. I believe the one, who plans to file the case against Obama, lives in FL, not CA
February 11th, 2012 @ 7:56 pm
how do you know, what he wrote to the bar? Isn’t it private? Why would he write to the bar about his personal financial affairs? how is this related to the bar?
February 11th, 2012 @ 8:16 pm
Orly, I believe that the European and George spelled Kleyman wrong….
February 11th, 2012 @ 8:44 pm
so, it is a different person, not the same Larry Kleyman
February 12th, 2012 @ 1:33 am
There is no ballot in Florida.
February 12th, 2012 @ 5:18 am
did he sue other clients? why are you saying that? What are the names of his clients, that he sued and why? Do you have any specific data or you are just saying?
February 12th, 2012 @ 6:18 am
Orly,
Kleyman = Klayman
It’s the same person. There is no doubt. Kleyman and Klayman are one and the same.
If you’ve already given him some money cut your losses and move on but don’t associate yourself with this lowlife.
Best Regards,
Maria
February 12th, 2012 @ 6:51 am
Google “Larry Klayman” and “Florida bar” and you will see, it is the same one. (Or you can, use your Yahoo.)
Klayman was accused, of taking $25000 from his client and not doing any work for it. And not, returning the money. Thus, his assets, became an important issue. The discipline, in Florida was public. Just like for someone else, we know who was disbarred, in Florida.
Klayman would be, taking away donations that should rightfully go to you, so I am not endorsing or backing him.
February 12th, 2012 @ 7:07 am
No mixup. Larry “KLAYMAN” is the correct name.
“Kleyman” is a misspelling, no such attorney.
TO RESEARCH: Read the article at birtherreport.com:
“Judicial Watch Founder To Take On Obama Ballot Access Challenges In Florida and California”
Then Google “larry klayman attorney”. Read the articles — DON’T SKIP the ones from from anti-birther sites. Just follow their links to documents.
FACT: Klayman WAS disciplined by the Florida Bar and the Bar posts the case documents online for anyone to read. Not private.
EMERGENCY: There does seem to be a Florida ballot challenge time limit that will expire in a few days. A successful challenge in Florida would cost Obama the election.
It may be too late now – only days or hours to file in Florida. This is not the time to be shopping for an attorney.
BOTTOM LINE: Klayman may be great news — He could change history by disabling Obama. Or – he may be broke looking for a $25,000 retainer. I just don’t know if I should contribute money or not.
February 12th, 2012 @ 7:21 am
More about Florida — regardless if attorney Klayman is involved or not —
ONE VOTER IS FILING A FLORIDA CHALLENGE.
This may be possible even though there was no Democrat primary, because Obama’s certification apparently needs to be certified. So this may mean that there was a “defacto” election. If so, the filing window is OPEN but EXPIRING.
Considering how critical Florida is, Obama will do anything necessary to get this suit dismissed.
If the challenge has merit, this individual will need all the legal support he can get!
February 12th, 2012 @ 8:24 am
I need to see the actual challenge and proof of service,
February 12th, 2012 @ 8:28 am
how do you know, that he is charging $25,000?
Do they have a primary in FL or do they have caucuses?
Is Klayman filing a limited Article2 challenge quoting Minor v Happersett only, which will go nowhere, or is he bringing forward all the evidence of BC forgery and SSN fraud?
why was he disciplined by FL bar, what did he do?
February 12th, 2012 @ 8:31 am
what was the discipline? was he suspended?

“Larry Elliot Klayman, 2929 Pennsylvania Ave. N.W., No. 35, Washington, D.C., publicly reprimanded following an Aug. 29 court order. (Admitted to practice: 1977.) Klayman agreed to submit to mediation through The Florida Bar’s Grievance Mediation Program after a former client filed a complaint alleging that he had failed to provide services in a criminal case for which he was paid a $25,000 retainer. After entering into a mediation agreement, Klayman failed to repay the money in full within the specified time. (Case No. SC11-247.)”

Mr Klayman is still filing cases for Florida:
Klayman files amicus before Supreme Court demanding Kagan disqualification in Obamacare case
(January 6, 2012, Washington, D.C.). Department of Health and Human Services, which will decide on the constitutionality of Obamacare (“the Act”)…(continue reading)

Well, it appears that Mr. Klayman is active and filing. It also appears that his family is in Ohio and he is the right age to be the deadbeat dad that owes money toward the welfare of his 2 children. Does that make him less effective, as an activist, conservative lawyer? He has accomplished much and is not afraid of the Washington Machine. JMHO

Dr. Taitz, there are things even Obots do not mke up, only life itself.
Read here, SLATE MAGAZINE is a reliable, non-Obot site:

The unhinged prose that followed responded to an item filed by Newsweek reporter Daniel Klaidman.
Klayman did not dispute the fact that he is suing his mother, Shirley Feinberg. He claims his mom won’t pay him back $50,000 he spent on private nurses for her mother, his grandmother, Yetta Goldberg, who died last August at 89.
He did not want this suit to become public, but the Clintonites, he asserted, learned about it and leaked word to Newsweek.
