Talk about something pre-ordained to fail…

The contractor, CGI Federal/CGI Canada, was responsible for not one but two large database debacles for the Canadian government — one for healthcare the other for gun registration.

The contract signer, HHS Director Kathleen Sebelius , oversaw at least two large database debacles when she was Governor of Kansas — an update of the Department of Labor’s program to provide unemployment pay and other services and similar updates pertaining to the Department of Administration and the state’s Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) services.

Of course, CGI’s CEO has blamed HHS and HHS Director Sebelius has blamed CGI. And, of course, no one is blaming the usurper POTUS.
