GOP made a huge mistake by hiring Rachel Mitchell, she is slow and ineffective, a total waste of time, unsuitable for th senate hearing

Posted on | September 27, 2018 | 11 Comments

I believe that it is time for GOP to change the Judiciary committee chair. Grassley came across as completely unprepared and spineless.

Firstly, Grassley should have held a vote on Monday when Ford refused to testify on Monday. Secondly, they hired Prosecutor Rachel Mitchell, who is absolutely horrible. She is extremely slow and ineffective. She is wasting time. Grassley and senate Republicans had to review questions with her and when they saw that she is so horrible, they should have not allowed her to conduct questions, they should have asked questions themselves.

There were straight forward questions that she had to ask and didn’t. As an example: Your girlfriend, Ms. Keyser, who you said was at the party, is saying that she has no recollection of such party and she never met  Brett Kavanaugh. So, Dr. Ford, who is lying: is your best friend lying or are you lying?

All 4 people, who you said were at the party, are saying that they have no recollection of this party: who is lying, are you lying or all 4 people are lying?

You said that you are traumatized and couldn’t fly to DC on Monday, you had to drive to the hearing, yet evidence shows that you flew to Hawaii an Polinesia. Aren’t you lying about being traumatized and not being able to fly, since you flew all over the world?

I can’t watch this disaster.

This Rachel Mitchell is so inefficient that it seems to me that they are intentionally trying to fail Kavanaugh and give the dems his skull in order to confirm a woman afterwards.

After this, Grassley needs to resign as the Judiciary committee chair or he has to be removed by McConnell. If Kavanaugh is not confirmed, Trump should appoint the same day a young female candidate, such as Judge Amy Barrett or Britt Grant. Constitution does not require a committee hearing. They need to confirm her going straight to the full senate vote or give just 2 weeks for the committee hearing and vote before the election. At any rate, Grassley has to be replaces, maybe with Mike Le.

Because she is slow and ineffective could be why they hired her. Grassley hired her and I’m not sure Grassley is really a Trump or a Kav guy.

Also I think according to #15 and #39 of the 45 communist goals in America Kav’s installment cannot be allowed.

Let’s hope nonetheless that it is.

Grassley incompetent? I don’t think so. Orchestrated so the Kav fails. I would be willing to bet on it.

    What is going on?

    Grassley…

    GOP…who hired this person?

Grassley, you best watch your step now…

You are going to put yourself in the hangman’s noose!

What came of the entire confrontation?

As I start reading from the top down on this site.

Did this prosecutor do anything to stop this fiasco?

    No Grassley is not incompetent…

But he is rather…NOT street smart!

And I think that’s why they put him into this JUdiciary Committee!

But…if this Ford didn’t have any evidence, this may not be a problem!

I started watching and after 10 minutes I wanted to vomit! The RINOS really want’s to screw this up! They are derelict in their duties by bringing someone to ask questions that they should have been asking themselves? They are not refuting any of her allegations because they don’t want to be seen anti something? This woman who her own four witnesses deny they ever were present or witnessed any of this and then claim she had other four witnesses who neither one was there and the only thing they can say is that they believe her and the GOP did not call her on it? They are blowing this up! So, democraps are able to ask her questions and make her look like a victim and the GOP is silent? WTF?

She was awful. Whoever picked her should be booted off the committee.

WATCH Sheila Jackson Lee hand a white envelope to Ford’s attorney. Please share if you can. They are corrupt to the core. I’m betting it’s a nice wad of cash for the fast & loose psychopath “accuser.”

Dr. Orly, I agree with you completely re: Mitchell’s incompetence. I don’t know anything, and even I was able to detect as soon as she opened her mouth that she is not up to the task. While “questioning” Dr. Ford, Mitchell sounded like she has having tea with her. And then when Grassley kissed Ford’s ass when he recessed the hearing, that was icing on the cake. Why would anyone kiss her ass just because she finally showed up?? She’s the one who kept causing delays! Why not at least point that out?? Grassley should’ve re-scheduled for her ONCE and then when that wasn’t satisfactory, he should’ve said, sorry you didn’t come, we’re going ahead with the confirmation. We wanted to hear from you, but we cannot delay any longer. If he had done that, it would’ve avoided this whole “kangaroo” hearing.

    I agree, Orly.

My thoughts of whom she might be…

    Was quite a bit different.

I thought she would be a Ph.D. with very great deal of street smarts, to plow through all the very precarias testimony of Ford.

But she came across like Mr school marm for elementary students!

A body language expert stated that the prosecutor did a methodical approach to bring down Ford’s defenses and as she put it “give her enough rope to hang herself” which she did.

The prosecutor tripper her up on several occasions, I wish the GOP staffers would alert the senators of her “lies under oath” it is all brushed aside sadly.

    Josh may be right!

    I know how Grassley works.

He is like some of them that caves and won’t take the time to stay strong and tough!

He seems to bend over way to many times, without wanting to straighten out a problem!

  11. For Some Reason, Grassley Does This Kind of Thing...
    October 2nd, 2018 @ 11:50 am

Yeah, I always wondered why Grassley would just cave like Boehner use to?

Is it possible that he (may) be swamp?

Or is it that he is just playing it SAFE, so he will get re-elected all the time?
