    I will not comply. it is in no way Constitutional to force anyone to buy any commodity they do not desire.

    they are saying that you do not have to comply, but they will charge you Obama tax. It is like a car insurance. In CA you can be fined, if you are driving and not insured

    Me nor my family will have any part of Obama’s Commie-Care, I don’t give a dam what they say, its NOT constitutional. You can call it the law all you want but so was slavery and now I’m starting to wish they would bring that back so we could fix this issue once and for all! Obama, GO TO HELL YOU COMMIE!!

    Yeah…when O and the other insane types see just how much America loaths their stupid, treasonous FAKE-LAW, they will have to do something more intelligent and constructive!

    I will ignore any facet of this
    extortion plan by the impostor.

    It would be helpful to know how
    one can avoid the IRS taxing
    us because of this rejection.

    My wild guess is to pay one’s taxes
    only as if it were last year’s
    calculations on one’s incomes/pensions/
    etc. So if one is taxed an exorbitant
    amount, refuse to pay it; as my grandmother
    used to say, ‘You can’t get blood from
    a turnip.’

    If one is taxed 500 dollars due to rejection
    of this extortion, and there is no money
    left over after paying mortgage, utility,
    food, car insurance, property taxes,
    and the checking account is down to
    $40 and the savings account is nil…

    what does the mafia do then?

    Just wondering, and maybe no one
    knows. No one that I know personally
    will have left-over money to give to
    the IRS after paying what is the
    normal IRS and state taxes.
