The relevancy would depend on the answer from the UPIA request pertaining to whether or not the Hawaiian Assistant AG and DOH Dept. Head Fuddy actually left the Island as their respectful employees publicly announced. This happened during the same week both were served with Dr. Orly’s subpoena and Mr. Vogt’s 28 page criminal complaint.

Under the UPIA request, under Hawaii’s UIPA law, Chapter 92F of the Hawaii Revised Statutes, the request is for a copy of public work calendar for the time period July 11 through August 8, 2011.

Did the Assistant AG and the DOH Dept. Head Fuddy leave suddenly to say….Washington D.C.? Maybe a trip to Perkins and Cole office? Or perhaps both left on vacation to a Lake resort in Montana on vacation? Or did neither leave and are making false public claims to citizens?

Either way, it will be telling. Lets see what their response of travel schedule confirms, then connect the dots.

    She will be there when you show up to look at the non existent birth certificate. She is just trying to run a bluff, hoping that you don’t show up.     Hahahahaha! I love it! Yes! How in God’s name can she make an appointment with you to show you and your experts something that doesn’t exist? She cant! They can’t produce an original ” typed ” document in their “bound” record book that matches the computer generated long form fake that was released by the Usurper on April 27th. They will be forced to fake some microfilm somehow and say the document no longer exists.
    This is getting really good.Fuddy has no choice but to curl up in that fetal position, because the TRUTH is coming!

    Yes I am aware of additional Islands and departments. When the office of Assistant Attorney General Jill T. Nagamine was contacted, the response was she was “on leave”. Simultaneously the DOH Head Fuddy was reported by her employee’s she has “Left the “Island”.

    Simple Coincidence or Correlation?

    We shall soon see…

    In addition, if you already know their respectful travel/work schedules for the weeks submitted in the UPIA request, please submit it.

    This certainly will save me time waiting for public records feedback, record retention requests for public records of federal employee’s and additional citations for release of said public records to the AG office.

    I appreciate your cooperation and knowledge.
