California Bar Corruption in Failure to Discipline Tom Girardi

Few days ago, a special prosecutor appointed by the State Bar decided to not pursue any discipline against Girardi and Lack.This, despite findings by the Ninth Circuit that the two made false representations knowingly and intentionally engaged in the persistent use of known falsehoods.

The special prosecutor was Jerome Falk of Howard Rice; A firm with close connection to the State Bar and Girardi’s partner–Howard Miller–the former president of the State Bar.

    Politi-jab:…”surely you jest?” Why? Stop and think about this. Why would Orly want this posted on her site? Hmmm…maybe she wants to point out “another judiciary travesty” that has taken place in her state!

    Maybe she wants others to “see” another “back-door” deal in the legal field? Maybe she gets tired of seeing “corruption” every time she awakens and has to face another day with the “treason” that she (IS) trying to solve?

    These “ballpark franks” are so corrupt that the only thing to do is to “open Pandora’s Box” in revealing to the everyone that (here’s another “public prostitute!”), and that America needs to be aware of him and the other “legion of liars” and betrayers!

    So that next time around, the public will NOT want to vote for some “V” that should’ve never been elected! That works for me!!! And we seem to have a nation full of “Benedict Arnolds”!!

    Orly knows what she’s doing! And it’s not her fault that this “sinister sideshow” has continued. Too many people in America have just too much…and they don’t want to “fight” to protect this Nation! Don’t want to “rock the boat!”

    Well, hey, step aside…let the Patriots through!!! I have NO “compunction” in “saving America”…”Every which way, but loose!”

    But the public best start paying attention and “watch” the people in “official” capacities:…Congress, governors, judges, MSM, and the S.O.S.’s, among others!

    This is the “quintessential war!” And Orly is throwing “light” upon any facet of the “treason” she/we all face! And all of these people should have the “scrutiny” of the public to “answer to”! Why? Cause they’re trying to “take away” our “way of life”! Geez-us!

    I say: “You, Go, Girl!” “Take ’em all down, Orly!”

    Patriots, keep praying for Orly, America, and all of Us! This timeframe in American History…(is) WHY all Patriots were born now!

    To paraphrase General Patton:…God! I love a good fight (a war of good and evil)…! This does NOT scare us…it makes us become “more resolved” to tackle it!

    And this “Donnybrook” separates the “Wheat from the shaff”!

    We Patriots have that “FIRE” INSIDE US! And NOTHING CAN STOP THAT! It is an “ETERNAL FLAME” that burns within our SOULS! And the radiance is a God “enabled Righteousness!”

    Now…”politi-puddy”…can I get any more clearer than that?

    And…Orly, a donation is on its way!
