Florence wrote: “IMHO the first order of business of the 112th Congress should be to verify if Obama is Constitutionally qualified to be POTUS, and the 2nd order of business..get LTC Terrence Lakin reinstated with back pay. If Obama is found to be ineligible, all bills signed by him would be null and void, so why waste time dealing with the bills until the first order of business is taken care of?”

    Every Senator and every Representative that is not willing to fight for this should be targeted for defeat in their next election and the people should get organized to make this happen. Our country has been damaged enough, it is time to make things right.

    Florence Stone’s comment is true and it does make a sense that the 112th Congress needs to deal with the eligibility issue first before the other issues will be resolved. If the Congress determines that Obama is committing his treasonous crimes, then all bills and laws including Obamacare that he has signed will become null and void. The Congress will not have to repeal Obamacare as planned.

    This matter has already been settled, and there is no legitimate question that Barack Obama is the duly elected President of the United States.
