FROM JB Williams: 5 QUESTIONS FOR CANADIAN TED…

IF THERE WERE JUST ONE REAL JOURNALIST LEFT IN AMERICA……
They would ask Ted Cruz the following questions, in this order….
1) Mr. Cruz, on what date did you become a legal citizen of Canada?
2) Mr. Cruz, on what date did you cease being a legal citizen of Canada?
3) Mr. Cruz, do you have any documents to authenticate these two dates?
4) On what date, and by what means did you become a legal citizen of the United States?
5) Do you have any United States records to authenticate that date and method?
Now, any good journalist would know the answers before asking the questions. The purpose of the questions would be to see if Ted would lie or tell the truth…. nothing more.

4) December 22, 1970, via US Naturalization codes through my mother.
5) NO
Why has NO “journalist” in America asked these questions? Since we no longer have any real journalists in America, Trump may have to ask these questions himself…

If there are any real journalists left in America you won’t find them in the mainstream media. Those found elsewhere will never get close enough to Cruz to ask your questions.

In truth those 5 questions are made moot by the very facts of his circumstance of birth. He was born in canada;date irrelevant. He has claimed to have renounced his claim to canadian citizenship; also irrelevant. His claim to birth from american citizen mother; also irrelevant.
What is relevant is that he was born in a foreign country to a foreign father, which does preclude his being a “Natural Born” U.S.citizen. That is ignoring the claim that both his parents naturalized to canada, still leaving him unqualified, and even without a country at all.
Our current lying legal scholars, in their zealous efforts to protect the fraud obama, have perverted the true definition of “Natural Born Citizen to the point were one can actually claim to be a natural born citizen of multiple countries. At least that is where their convoluted reasoning leads. cruz can claim to be a natural born citizen of the U.S. because of his mother; then he must be able to claim natural born citizenship of cuba because of his father; then as they insisted for obama, one is a natural born citizen of the country in which they are born, meaning cruz must be a natural born citizen of canada because he was born there. Except that he renounced that. But really, we all know he is just like obama, not a natural born citizen of any where.

Both parents weren’t American citizens; Cruz was born (NOT) on American soil…
He’s totally UN-CONSTITUTIONAL!

The issue of Cruz’s eligibility can be answered by Cruz’s words. He claims to be a natural born citizen because his mother was an American citizen. He was born in Canada and for him to be simply an American citizen his family would have had to file necessary papers. There is no proof of that, but granted he is an American citizen the Constitution does not base eligibility simply on being an American citizen. If it did it would have stated so but it uses the term “native born citizen”. At the time of the signing of the Constitution that term was clearly understood to mean that the candidate had to have been born in this country of two American citizens. There was also a grandfather clause to make eligible those living at the time who did not meet the letter of the law.

Cruz is a ‘straw man’, being allowed to exist by the media, unmolested until he wins the nomination… then IF he wins it all heck will break loose from the Left as to his never becoming an American citizen.. and certainly concerning his becoming a U.S. Senator by way of ‘impersonation’, whatever the legal term for that is. They probably wouldn’t delve into Natural Born Citizenship, leaving that alone because of the light it would shine upon obama.

The video of Cruz’s coaching of family members to make a campaign ad makes the viewer cringe.
Marlene Dietrich once asked Maximilian Schell during the filming of a “Documentary” about her, “Was ist eigentlich echt hier?” (What is ACTUALLY REAL here?)
That is the question begging an answer in Ted’s video footage: too constructed and micromanaged- NOT the “real deal.”
Add that to the further scrutiny of his record and it is a wonder he did not drop out of the race long ago due to lack of support….if only the people had realized!
