So, Lamberth totally ignores the issue of the illegal use of a social security number – a federal crime.

In a case Lamberth had back in 1994, he
learned after the trial that a witness ( Magaziner )had lied on the stand . On 12/21/94 he went to Eric Holder, (then the Fed Prosecutor) and asked him to start an investigation into Magaziner for perjury and criminal contempt. Lamberth also asked AG Janet Reno to appoint independent counsel to investigate.

So, it seems for the minor charge of perjury ( as compared to social security fraud ), Lamberth is not only willing to notify the prosecutor to start an investigation ( could it be because of the Misprision statute ? ) but he also requested the AG to appoint an independent counsel to investigate – all for the charge of perjury. In this current case, there is a more serious charge. One of a crime committed ( and possibly still being committed ) against the United States by the President of the United States. So instead of requesting prosecutors to investigate the records or call for an independent counsel ( as he did with a minor perjury charge ) or even have the court itself investigate, what does he do ? – he ignores the charge .

Lamberth, is it because this charge didn’t “insult the dignity of your robes ‘? Judge, you are a DISGRACE to your robes and to judicial ethics in general. You are nothing but a fraud. After this decision, every time you put on those robes, you are insulting both the law and justice.
