THE FOLLOWING LETTER HAS BEEN SENT TO THE SPEAKER OF THE HOUSE, JOHN BOEHNER, THE LEADERSHIP OF THE HOUSE AND SENATE AND NUMEROUS OTHERS IN CONGRESS. WRITE YOUR CONGRESSMAN!

VIA FAX (202) 225-0704
February 2, 2011

The Honorable John Boehner
Speaker of the House
United States House of Representatives
1011 Longworth House Office Building
Washington D. C.  20515-3508

Dear House Speaker John Boehner:

Shortly after the new Congress was convened the Constitution was read for the first time in our history in Congress. Each member of Congress took an Oath to Preserve, Protect and Defend the Constitution. It is evident that you now have the knowledge that the people have the right to insist that the government obey the law and in the case of tax laws, the letter of the law.  Egregious frauds were committed in the purported ratification of the Sixteenth Amendment. This Amendment was not ratified at all and any appearance of ratifications which may exist has no foundation because of the frauds committed by parties involved in the ratification process.  There is no statute of limitations on the Fraud committed by Philander C. Knox in 1913.

House Speaker John Boehner remarked “the new majority in Congress expects to be held accountable and judged on our effectiveness in restoring a government worth of the trust of the people it serves.”  Our Constitution is our most sacred document! It is what sets us apart from all other nations. It is our foundation, and our blueprint for freedom and prosperity.

A Pledge to America:

America is an idea – an idea that free people can govern themselves, that government’s powers are derived from the consent of the governed, that each of us is endowed by their Creator with the unalienable rights to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. America is the belief that any man or woman can – given economic, political, and religious liberty – advance themselves, their families, and the common good.

Whenever the agenda of government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the right of the people to institute a new governing agenda and set a different course.

These first principles were proclaimed in the Declaration of Independence, enshrined in the Constitution, and have endured through hard sacrifice and commitment by generations of Americans.

The need for urgent action to repair our economy and reclaim our government for the people cannot be overstated.

We pledge to honor the Constitution as constructed by its framers and honor the original intent of those precepts that have been consistently ignored – particularly the Tenth Amendment, which grants that all powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the states, are reserved to the states respectively, or to the people.

We make this pledge bearing true faith and allegiance to the people we represent.
A bill or joint resolution may not be introduced unless the sponsor has submitted for printing in the Congressional Record a statement citing as specifically as practicable the power or powers granted to Congress in the Constitution to enact the bill or joint resolution. We think this is a good idea and we are asking the Senate to do the same. Bills that do not include a constitutionality clause will be returned to the sponsor.

The United States Congress by their Pledge now have no choice but to Repeal the Sixteenth Amendment and End the Unconstitutional Income Tax on the American People.  This Act alone will increase jobs and stimulate the economy like nothing Congress has ever done before, not to mention, reclaiming our Government for the people and restoring Freedom, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness to the American Citizens.    www.truthattack.org

We seek to hold each Member of Congress accountable to their Oath of Office. Your knowing that the Income Tax Code is not Constitutional you will not be able to enact any Bills or Joint Resolutions that reference any part of the Tax Code if you intend to bear true faith and allegiance to the people you represent.

Yours to End Government Tyranny,

B.O. has proven itself to be just the Organ Grinders Monkey. I truly don’t think the U.S. will exist in it’s present form, come 2012. Things r moving very very fast…B.O. and company can’t take a chance on another election…Occurances r being orchestrated by much more powerful entities than B.O. & Company.

Leonard, even your paranoid fantasies are boring and unoriginal.
This TeaBagger sets the tone for his meaningless screed by claiming that the 16th Amendment was not properly ratified. This premise is entirely false, as anyone with even a rudimentary knowldege of history is aware. It’s good to see the birther movement aligning itself with sovereign citizens, redemptionists and other losers that don’t want to pay their fair share for all the great benefits of American society.
