Yeah I think we have officially become a  Banana Republic. He forces things  through the legislature ( by coercion and bribes ) that the majority of the country is against. What he can’t force through, he does via executive orders. Now it seems the courts are in his pockets.  The average citizen, the military, candidates that ran against him in the same election don’t “have standing” to challenge his legitimacy. It seems the only one the courts would recognize as having “standing” is Obama himself. I guess these justices are students of history.  Whenever a Marxist regime takes over a country, guess who are the first to “disappear” unless they fall in line – the judges.
