I always thought that the governors of their states, had a say in what happens to their little piece of land and its citizens.
Just say NO!!
I wonder if Texas would accept this w/o first telling Obama to turn himself in as a subversive and an impostor, and after announcing that bit of news, become aggressive in their “NO WAY!”
