For 3 days the downstairs clerks in the Marion county Superior Court are not forwarding to Judge S.K. Reid my proposed order for signature, which would allow me to proceed against the Sec of State and the elections commission . Please call the clerks, let them know this is a matter of national security, needs to be expedited

Made the call this morning about 10:20 am on August 19, 2012 to Judge S.K. Reid court to ask if they had recieved the pleadings and whatever you sent them. Thier reply was it is still not here and that for me to check back at 3:00pm and it should be here by then. So I will calling them at 3:00pm today.
