I just sent an email to Senator Kyl through his web site:
I received your response dated May 6, 2009, in reference to my request to the results of your meeting with Dr. Orly Taitz a few months ago.  You stated that “my staff reported that she stopped by my office in March and dropped off some literature.  I have heard nothing more from her.”  I’m sorry, Senator, but I contacted Dr. Taitz and after she dropped off the “literature,” she DID contact you via  CERTIFIED LETTER and received no response from you.  Is someone on your staff censoring your mail and disposing of it before it crosses your desk?  Perhaps you need to investigate the disappearance of this mail?  I’d appreciate your writing me a response as to what happened to Dr. Taitz’s certified letter to you AFTER she dropped off her information at your office.  Is this just a ruse to avoid the topic she wishes to discuss with you?

    I saw on another web site a military man saying he was going to join Walter Fitzpatrick in his criminal complaint in Tennessee. I called the Eastern Tennessee office a week ago and after a few days reached a gentleman who said they could not discuss any mail that comes to them. He said this complaint was not a legal action and so had no assigned tracking number as a case. There was no information given status. He also implied they get letters from “unbalanced individuals.” One person alone can look foolish and is easily dismissed. There is power in a group. I think it might be interesting to see if any of your military plaintiffs would join Fitzpatrick and re-file that complaint and then also take criminal legal action in the state of Tennessee.

    In my Opinion, letters are worthless. Letters are usually ignored otherwise discarded.

    If really want to get to Senator Kyle, you will have to track him down.

    If choose to send a letter, you want the letter delivered directly to senator Kyle with a DATED HANDWRITTEN SIGNATURE from Senator Kyle himself that he actually recieved the letter.

    Orly,

    You should think about taking another trip to Washington DC.

    In submitting your documentation, you want to get a DATED HANDWRITTEN SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION from the individual that he or she actually received the letter.

    If you submit your documentation to anyone else, it is very likely that it will not be received or read by the individual of interest.

    In sending all of your documentation, I often wonder how much of it is actually reaching the individual of interest.

    Based on the lack of response, I am willing to bet that little or none of your documentation if reaching the individuals of interest.

    You must work to change that and insure that Individuals of interest actually receive your documentation and that you have a DATED HANDWRITTED SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION to that effect.

    A delivery confirmation that your documentation was received by the office of the individual is by no means any confirmation the individual of interest actually received, much less read your documentation.

    I can’t reach everybody. There is a limit to what I can do. You have a goood idea, do it, confront him, demand his action or resignation. If he does nothing and doesn’t respond and doesn’t resign, start a recall. Everybody has to work 24/7 to get the results.

    Well personally this old ruse of “I didn’t know a thing about it” is fast coming to an end in my opinion.This new word of “complicit” that Patriots are using will trump the myriad of excuses and denials that our non representing representatives have long been using.So I might suggest to these legislators that they must start listening to their employers or find a new career path.

    It is absolutely ridiculous that Orly and everyone else have had to go to such lengths to get ANYONE to do something. The truth is, no one has the guts to confront Obama. What makes this guy so special, just because he’s mulatto? Does that give him special rights or make him more qualified to sit in the office illegitimately, breaking the law, than anyone else? If the rest of us did anything even approaching that, we’d be locked up for life!

    Rick Perry needs to put his money where his mouth is and join the lawsuit or file his own. He could issue a Quo Warranto if he wanted to. He’s a governor, and his state sends plenty of tax money to the federal government the way all the states do. All it will take is ONE COURAGEOUS AND PATRIOTIC INDIVIDUAL!! And once discovery is ordered, the jig will be up…because Soetoro is not a natural-born citizen, and he knows it.

    This whole thing could be over in a week or two if only some true patriot would make the necessary move.

    I call, fax, email and deliver papers on Obama’s fraud every day. Every single elected official should pay for this travesty with his career, and all the benefits that go along with it. What are they afraid of, Obama’s Chicago thugs coming after them???

    Once it’s out in the open, we will all know to protect the person who blew the whistle. We will not let Obama’s thugs win. They are all criminals and deserve prison for the rest of their lives.

    Regarding the comment above, there are two additional military officers who have signed a letter with Walter Fitzpatrick demanding of the Joint Chiefs of Staff that Obama be arrested and removed from office. Additionally, they are calling for the same for his entire illegally-appointed cabinet.

    This cannot be ignored. Soon, the entire military will mutiny…then we’ll see who the Commander-in-Chief is.

    OBAMA IS A FRAUD AND A DECEIVER, AND HE DESERVES SWIFT AND DECISIVE PUNISHMENT!!

    Since when do Senators care about anything but themselves and how much $$$$$$$ they can scam from ther position? And their million dollar pension plan.

    If you want to be heard, give them “campaign contributions”. Give enough money and you can get to be his best buddy.
