I got a phone call from Teresa, co-host of Buzz and Teresa KLAQ show in El Paso. I will be on their show 8 am Tuesday. Let’s try to get some answers by Tuesday. I sent certified mail to US attorney Eastern District of TX Rebecca Gregory, Jefferson County DA Tom Manning, San Antonio DA Susan Reed. Houston FBI, I visited San Antonio FBI. All the numbers are on the blog. Come on guys, keep calling, I need answers.  Legal Counsel for Gov Rick Perry answered in one day, but wanted us to go to DAs first. We need an answer from the DAs. If they will conduct a criminal investigation in re do Obama’s records with the suspected forgery, they need to respond advising so. If they refuse, they need to advise so as well. I need an answer by Tuesday, I will let you know on the show and we will go back to Rick Perry with the answer. There is no way they can drag it any further and wait until the whole economy and National security  is taken apart.

    Dr. Taitz,

Are you implying that Governor Perry has agreed to support you and join your lawsuit?

just talked to my buddy in elpaso, he says this girl teresa pervencio and the guy buzz adams are jerks and will talk about you behind your back. he says that he hears them say things like you have to support obama because he is the president. so go into this interveiw prepaired, because they will most likely try and cover their asses when you are gone, with their trademark i dont beleive it bullshit media spin. so whatever you do leave them awestruck with the simple statement, why does he have lawyers fight for him to not show any of his documents. if he is innocent then what is he hiding for.

Bales named new US Attorney for Eastern District

    5/4/2009 11:00 AM
    By Marilyn Tennissen

    Bales
A former FBI agent is now the top law enforcement officer in East Texas. John Malcolm Bales was appointed U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Texas on May 1.

Bales was picked by U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder to follow Rebecca Gregory, who announced her departure from the Department of Justice on April 1.

Gregory had been an appointee of President George W. Bush, and is one of many likely turnovers in the Department of Justice under the new Democratic administration. Gregory will become senior counsel for Texas Attorney General Greg Abbott, a fellow Republican, as well as associate deputy attorney general for criminal justice.

Bales, 54, is from Nacogdoches and has previously served as both first assistant U.S. attorney and most recently as chief of the criminal division for the district. Prior to joining the U.S. attorney’s office in 1989, Bales was a special agent with the Federal Bureau of Investigation.

As U.S. Attorney, Bales will focus on national security, immigration and financial fraud, as well as the Department of Justice’s other priority areas of violent crime, including gun and gang prosecutions, drug trafficking, crimes against children, corporate fraud and public corruption.

Headquartered in Beaumont, the Eastern District of Texas encompasses 43 counties from the Oklahoma border to the Gulf of Mexico.
Bales will be responsible for a budget of more than $8 million and a staff of more than 100, including 50 lawyers in five division offices located in Plano, Tyler, Sherman, Texarkana and Lufkin.

A graduate of the University of Texas at Austin, Bales earned a law degree from the UT School of Law.

According to a press release, Bales and his wife, Betsy, have been married for 30 years and are the parents of 6 children and 3 grandchildren.

In January, U.S. Attorney Richard Roper did not wait to be replaced in the Northern District of Texas and left office to join the Thompson & Knight law firm in Dallas. First Assistant James T. Jacks is Acting U.S. Attorney for the Northern District.

Gregory’s top assistant, Tammy Reno, will likely be chosen as acting U.S. Attorney until President Barack Obama picks a permanent replacement. His choice must be approved by the U.S. Senate.

Reno was a former assistant U.S. Attorney in the Northern District and worked on the Dallas City Hall public corruption case. Gregory hired her over to the Eastern District shortly after taking the U.S. attorney job a year ago.

The Eastern District, headquartered in Beaumont, prosecutes federal narcotics, weapons, white collar fraud and immigration cases, among others.
