Finally Trump listens to my advice, hits Cruz on Canadian birth. Now Trump needs to add the heat and hit Cruz on his flip-flopping on TPP agreement which robs American workers of jobs and wages

Cruz’s Canadian birth a problem, Trump says
Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump, increasingly facing pressure from GOP rival Ted Cruz, raised questions Tuesday about the Texas senator’s Canadian birth and whether it would hurt the party’s chances if he were its nominee.
“Republicans are going to have to ask themselves the question: ‘Do we want a candidate who could be tied up in court for two years?’ That’d be a big problem,” Trump said in an interview with the Washington Post.
“It’d be a very precarious one for Republicans,” Trump said. “The courts may take a long time to make a decision. You don’t want to be running and have that kind of thing over your head.”
Cruz, who has largely avoided directly criticizing Trump, responded with a humorous but pointed tweet. It featured a link from the television show “Happy Days” showing the character Fonzie water-skiing over a shark. That episode gave rise to the term “jumping the shark” to describe going comically overboard.
The issue Trump raised is one that most legal experts consider settled.
The Constitution requires presidents to be “natural-born citizens.” The children of American citizens who are born abroad are automatically granted citizenship. Cruz was born in Canada, but his mother was an American citizen.
Trump has long questioned President Obama’s citizenship and Hawaiian birthplace, even after the president released his long-form birth certificate in 2011.
Trump is the front-runner in national GOP presidential polls, but has slipped behind Cruz in Iowa, the state that holds the first nominating contest in the nation on Feb. 1. He has grown increasingly aggressive in remarks against Cruz in recent weeks, questioning his temperament and his evangelical faith.

From the article:
The Constitution requires presidents to be “natural-born citizens.” The children of American citizens who are born abroad are automatically granted citizenship. Cruz was born in Canada, but his mother was an American citizen.”
Wrong.
Children of one or two U.S. citizens (including McCain) born overseas are not automatically granted U.S. citizenship. The parents must apply for their child’s citizenship via a Consular Report of Birth Abroad (CRBA).
To wit:
Reporting a Birth Abroad
A Consular Report of Birth Abroad (CRBA) is official evidence of United States citizenship, issued to a child born abroad to a U.S. citizen parent or parents, who meet the requirements for transmitting citizenship under the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA).
CRBA applications must be made before the child’s 18th birthday, and we strongly recommend that parents apply for the CRBA as soon as possible after the child’s birth.
Do you qualify to pass on U.S. Citizenship to your child?
Upon review of the information provided in the above link, if you believe that your child has a claim to U.S. Citizenship, you should prepare the appropriate documentation and schedule an appointment for the child to appear in person at the nearest embassy or consulate to submit the application.
As a CRBA is not a travel document, it is strongly recommended that you submit an application for the child’s U.S. passport and social security number at the same time. All three applications may be submitted together at your scheduled appointment. Even if your child holds another nationality, he or she must enter and exit the United States on a U.S. passport.
(Note: It is not necessary to obtain a CRBA. If it is more convenient, you may apply for a passport in lieu of a CRBA. In Canada, please consult the First-time passport section of this website. In the United States, you may apply at any passport acceptance agency. Consult the State Department website to find the passport acceptance agency closest to you.)
The steps required to apply for a CRBA are as follows:
Steps to Apply for a CRBA
1. CRBA Forms
Parents will need to complete the following forms. After completion, the forms must be printed. We recommend that they are completed on a desktop computer, with a printer. DO NOT sign the forms.
Completed Application for Consular Report of Birth: Form DS-2029
Completed Application for a Passport: Form DS-11
canada.usembassy.gov/mobile//consular_services/birth-abroad.html
If Cruz cannot produce this CRBA, then he should have had a passport. If neither are produced, Cruz is an undocumented alien and an illegal U.S. Senator. If he has either form, Cruz is a statute citizen, whose U.S. citizenship falls under the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA). Therefore, Cruz is a naturalized U.S. citizen, not a natural born U.S. citizen and ineligible for the office of the POTUS under Article II of the U.S. Constitution.

Mr. Trump announcement [“Republicans are going to have to ask themselves the question: ‘Do we want a candidate who could be tied up in court for two years (regarding eligibility for becoming POTUS)?’ That’d be a big problem,”
I am very happy about Mr. Trump making this statement publicly. Why?
1.Trump regards POTUS eligibility requirements as one of the central pieces of Constitution. He has done this with regards to Mr. Obama ineligibility years ago.
2.He does this for Ted Cruz demonstrating Donald’s mind stability, respect for the constitution, and readiness to take up the issues of eligibility at any time.
3.Trump is consistent to the core and is predictable with respect to USA foundational principles. Senator Cruz is not. Senator Rubio is not.
4.Mr. Trump has dropped this bombshell at a time of continued birther hysteria in the media. The Media requires a lot of schooling like this. The Donald shows consistently he does not stand for PC talk. Dr. Ben Carson has stated in his famous speech at WH breakfast with Mr. Obama that he (Dr. Carson) does not like PC speech and will talk straight. But it is Mr. Trump who does this in a dramatic and decisive manner. This is what politically correct speech utterly deserves.

It’s disgusting that both candidates evade or even joke about the clear cut issue of the constitutional requirement for presidency!
1) The concept US Natural Born (according to what Cruz said several year ago himself) means “born to citizen parents on the soil” – see his interview https://www.newswithviews.com/JBWilliams/williams300.htm and the brief on this concept https://JudeoChristianAmerica.org/NaturalBornCitizen.htm .
2) Cruz grossly unfits, and by his very campaign he hammers his personal nail into the already crucified Constitution.
3) Shame to Trump for not saying it all directly, and being only concerned about Cruz “possibly tied up in courts” – instead of about one more violation of the Constitution in full light of the day – https://JudeoChristianAmerica.org/OpenLetter/UFOInWhiteHouse.htm

obama; born of a foreign father and presents forged certificates of birth.
cruz; born of foreign father and we know for fact born in foreign country.
Only halfwit uneducated fool, or intentionally traitorous scum accepts the premise that a “Natural Born” U.S. citizen can be born of a foreign subject/citizen parent.
The highest office of this land has been intentionally compromise, and they do not mean for it to end with obama.
Only the ignorant, liars, or cowards, refer to obama as president, and it will be the same for cruz, rubio, or jindal.

Cruz and Rubio need to stop playing this game of deceit, face the facts that neither of them are eligible to serve as president and get out of the race.
January 6th, 2016 @ 4:39 am
To serve as president, one must have two parents who were citizens of the US at the time of the individual’s birth on US soil. I have known this since I was in Junior High School. Only the geniuses of today can’t grasp this truism.

Those right wing extremists Ben Franklin and Thomas Jefferson at it again…how dare they attempt to prevent a president with divided loyalties, can’t we see how well Soetoro is working out?

Rubio and Cruz are being pushed by the establishment in order to ratify Obama’s illegal presidency and make everything he has done legal. Typical liberal corruption at it’s worst. Look at where we are today because of the evil of our entrenched politicians: we have no economy because the government is in charge of it, we have no health care because the government has put itself in charge of it, we have no civil rights because government has put itself in charge of them, we have no retirement plan because government has put itself in charge of it. Obama has just unilateraly threatened “our social security rights” in order to disarm us.

News to many from Rush Limbaugh today who stated that Cruz had been “thoroughly vetted on the citizenship issue.”………by what entity?

‘Cruz downplays Trump raising concerns over Canadian birth’
We have seen the fruit of a President who was not born of two American Parents in America and grew up and attended elementary school in a Foreign Country. He has an obvious conflict of’ allegiance to other cultures, religion, language and friends that he grew up with. We see that even in children that are born in the US of two US Citizens who do not have complete allegiance to America and our Constitution. Maybe the best example are Children of College Professors who are in obvious and constant rebellion against our Constitution, Language, Religion, Culture and Border.
Cruz claims to be a great Patriot, Constitutional Lawyer and a top student in his Law Class at Havad. One could make a good argument that Havad is in many ways a Foreign Culture. How can a great lover and defender of our Constitution make such a pathetic argument that he is Natural Born.
It is obvious that “Natural Born Citizen” has a different meaning than a Naturalized Citizen. As for one Parent qualifying one as a Natural Born Citizen, the Constitution also says “or a Citizen at the time of the adoption of this Constitution.” Those who advocate anyone born of one or two US Citizens in a Foreign Country and raised in several Countries, attending Foreign Schools, with many close Childhood Friends from several Countries such as the Children of Military, Missionaries and Business Employees, tell us the difference that is called out in our Constitution.
And, ask your self, why would Cruz run for President when he must know that there is a distinct difference between Natural Born Citizen and Citizen at the time of Adoption of this Constitution.

John Robb: While I agree with most of what you say, if a person is born in the U.S to two citizen parents, then things like living abroad or attending foreign schools do not affect their status as NBC. Those may be reasons not to vote for them, but they do not legally disqualify anyone.

Wow! So many interesting statements here…
1st: if you, Irma, are talking about O, then, he still isn’t qualified. His (supposed) father was born in Kenya, I believe. (That eliminates him!).
2nd: Yeah, Cruz talks a good Constitutional game…but he’s ineligible to run! So that makes him treasonous in itself…and I wouldn’t trust him now-ever! Or Rubio, either!
3rd: Poster 13, didn’t know it!
4th: The idea of Rubio/Cruz doing this: I understand the thought behind it; and how about due to this: the establishment wanted to overload the race with (4) ineligibles, to keep Trump from gaining any real support; then, later, they drop out and it goes to Jebbie??? or someone else that is “owned” by the NWO?
5th: Rush is deluded; drunk; or he didn’t want to fully explain his statement…?????
6th: Poster 10: LOL! Got it!
7th: Alexander, there’s more than one way to say things, sometimes. Trump may also have had a reason to explain his thoughts this way?! And he’s probably got a hell of a lot of thoughts going through his head, being a citizen candidate…!
8th: This was a good category, Orly. Lots of discussion and we are also learning, at the same time.
This has got to be discussed, also, at the caucuses…which I did last time, and told our group that Santorum was not eligible, back theb, either!
I don’t know some of the explicit info on each of these guys, but I do know that it’s about them either not being born on American soil (like Cruz) and/or not having two American citizen parents, to fulfill the requirement of the Consitution!
After O doing this, twice, we need to vet anyone who may have a problem with the our Constitution!
January 6th, 2016 @ 1:31 pm
And last time, in 2012, we had anywhere from 60 to 85+ voters show up at my caucus area.
So we had good disussions.
And none of them knew about Santorum!
This is vital…to bring this up and let everyone know what is going on with the ineligibles and have them later pass this info on to everyone they know, asap!
