Figuures! White House Won’t Rule Out Pardon to Protect Clinton From Trump. Well, Obama cannot pardon himself for his use of a stolen CT Social Security number and fabricated IDs. As such he is expected to be criminally prosecuted and convicted by Trump’s future AG, believed to be Giulliani

I really hope this happens. Trump should also instruct the Supreme Court to clarify the definition of “natural born citizen”.

Doesn’t she have to be actually charged and convicted of something before she has something to be pardoned from? How could a President pardon an innocent person who isn’t charged with something? That’s like saying, “I pardon you from all future crimes that the next President may discover you have or will commit.”

I would agree with his choice for A.G.!

And I do hope Trump has a place for you, Orly?!

Both will probably be out of country (for at least 4 years) after the inauguration

SCOTUS ruled a long time ago that there are no limits on the President’s power of pardon, because none are contained in the Constitution. Nor is it necessary for a conviction to have been recorded. So Obama could in fact pardon himself. But it’s very unlikely Trump will have anyone prosecuted because it’s a dangerous precedent. He’s also going to want someone more stable than Giuliani, who did seem a bit unhinged at times. Chris Christie was in the running, but he’s seriously at risk of being indicted for Bridgegate.

I think both Hillary and Oboma will flee the Country and do not think any Moslem country will welcome either one.

Perhaps should Resident Obama be found a citizen imposter after he leaves office his pardon of hilly during his last days would be held null. Important to see who Trump puts on the various federal benches and bring suit through one of their courts.

Is it possible that one or more of Orly’s suits against Obama can now go forward under Trump?
