Federal Reserve act of 1913

Posted on | September 1, 2013 | 10 Comments

From what I understand the Federal Reserve act dictates the the shares of the member banks have to be backed by gold or gold certificates.

The questions is: were those derivatives sold by the trillions, backed by gold?

If not, then according to the Federal Reserve act, the comptroller of the Treasury can sue such banks in any court of competent jurisdiction and seek to dissolve the bank.

Unfortunately the Federal Reserve owns the US government and the Treasury. It’s one of the biggest scams on the American people in history outside of Obama. When Wilson signed the Federal Reserve act he then realized he make the biggest mistake in history by turning over all control of money to the largest banking cartel in the country. The fed reserve loans money in the form of buying up treasury bonds and the treasury uses this money to pay to operate the government, then the taxpayer is forced by the IRS through extortion to pay that money back to the Federal Reserve as interest payments on the debt.

    Dr Taitz,

when the USA moved from the gold standard to the silver standard, and then from the silver standar to today’s fiat money, perhaps the congressional bills which enacted these changes amended the Federal Reserve Act of 1913, on this point of having the necessity of gold backing or reserves….?

That was how it started out,but who really knows how it is today- and what unnoticed amendments have been tacked onto bills over the ensuing decades?- perhaps a query to the Congressional Research service is in order- the same people who admitted to us in 2009 that no law requires any federal agency to investigate presidential candidates- it’s up to the political party to do the vetting.

Stop blaming the system and resume blaming the Obama administration and all his evil supporters. Nothing else matters until we resume using our natural fuel resources for auto fuel otherwise the Fed problem is meaningless. The same people who got together and corrupted energy, financial, schools, religion, healthcare, military, elections, etc.have corrupted the Federal reserve. You name it and they have corrupted it. When do we get it. Orly has it right. If the legal candidate with the most votes had been elected we would be on easy street today.

    Dr. Taitz,

Also, one must distinguish between the financial instruments which banks sell, the money they hold on account for others, and the shares by which the banks are owned, they are 3 different things…if the shares of the FRB had to be backed with gold, that might still be a sum much lower than one would think, because the value of all the shares of the Federal Reserve might only be a few billion…

The ‘fed’ is unconstitutional as the constitution forbids the use of ‘fiat’ currency. Do you understand that the constitution is a dead document and that it died after the founders who wrote it were gone? It has not been followed since that generation. It’s a joke to even talk about it.
