   This did not have to happen, and the fed’s knew it.

   Appointed Governor Kate Brown, Wannabe Judge Steve E. Grasty, and Apprentice Sheriff Dave Ward need to be indicted, I blame them for the murder of Lavoy Finnicum for dereliction of their oaths and duty, they have no clue on how to do their jobs, other Sheriff’s called David Ward to help and he would not listen to them because he was too corrupt and he knew he had to cover this up. They all were NEVER elected by the people of Harney County.
   Here’s a little background on Apprentice Sheriff David Ward,

   David Ward was appointed by Wannabe Judge Steve Grasty as the new Harney County Sheriff, he took his oath of office on January 2, 2015. He will serve out the remainder of Sheriff Dave Glerup’s term until the next general election in November 2016.

   He’d only been on the job a little more than a year, that’s right 1 year! Wet behind the ears, an apprentice in training.

   David Ward was even quoted saying,
   “I’ve spent many years of my life serving our country, stateside and abroad, to protect the constitution,” he wrote, “and believe it is the sheriff’s responsibility to protect each person’s rights under the constitution of the United States.”
   Now if he did his homework, he would have known that he would be the only one that could diffuse this incident, but politics and corruption was in play and he went with the flow, and to the appointed governor for help, a bad move. He should have never got the governor involved with this, then as time went one it got bigger and bigger and he couldn’t diffuse the problem.

   Judge Steve Grasty, a judgewannabe of the Harney County Court, which functions as the county commission, said Ward had the least experience of three local candidates in the running for the appointment. Grasty said, “The community was surprised by the choice,” one made based on Ward’s military and police background and his demeanor. It was Steve Grasty that appointed David Ward for Sheriff.

   Harney County is a magnificent area with room enough to grow and the natural resources to support a wide variety of industries including agriculture, manufacturing and hi-tech development. Look at what they list first, Natural Resources. We will get back to this.

   KTVZ pointed out that although Grasty is known by the title of ‘judge,’ he is “not a court judge, but actually the title for the head county commissioner in many rural counties.”

   State Legislators were warned by Grasty to stay away. Earlier this month Nasty Grasty ‘admonished’ Oregon State Representative Dallas Heard for daring to visit and speak with the folks at the refuge. Rep. Heard also brought several other unnamed elected officials from other states with him. (As if Grasty, a disgusting low-level county hack, has any authority to dictate what an elected representative can do. This simply further reveals the twisted mindset of Nasty Grasty, the freemason occultist.)

   Grasty made an absurd and desperate proclamation on Jan. 22nd declaring that only those people he approves of will be allowed at public town hall meetings. He will also check ID and do a background check on each ticket holder, ‘verifying their residency.’ Ironically, he added that he “respects the rule of law.” He also gave a second emotional rant, pleading “those of us who live and work here, are not the unsophisticated rubes that are being portrayed in national media reports.” Here is the text of both those announcements:

   Harney County Community Meeting Change in Venue and Format for January 25 Burns

   Harney County Wannabe Judge Steve Grasty announced a change in venue and format for the weekly Harney County community meeting scheduled for Monday, January 25. ‘We started the weekly community meeting so that Harney County residents would have an opportunity to ask questions and voice their concerns in a safe and civil manner,’ said Judge Grasty. ‘The meeting last week did not fulfill that purpose.’ Harney County has been notified by the school district that school facilities will no longer be available for these community meetings due to the number of firearms that were present, in violation of school district policy.    Democrats have been investigated for years in Oregon, the previous Governor John Kitzhaber had to resign, due to an investigation by the States Attorney, FBI and IRS. Gov. John Kitzhaber, long regarded as a wily survivor of Oregon politics, resigned amid a spiraling crisis that included a criminal investigation of the role that his fiancee played in his administration. His resignation means that Kate Brown, the Oregon secretary of state and a fellow Democrat, will become governor, in accordance with the succession plan in the state Constitution.

   Even during the recent election, Mr. Kitzhaber had been plagued by questions about his fiancee, Cylvia Hayes,https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cylvia_Hayes, with whom he lives in the governor’s mansion, and whether she had violated ethics rules or criminal laws in advising him about clean energy issues while serving as a consultant on the topic. Before November’s election and after, he repeatedly denied any wrongdoing by Ms. Hayes, 47, or his office, and pledged cooperation in the various inquiries, including one initiated this month by the state’s attorney general, Ellen Rosenblum, also a Democrat, which could result in criminal charges.

   New John Kitzhaber emails show deeper Cylvia Hayes influence. Oregon Gov. Kate Brown’s office released 5,000 emails from that account and continues to review another 12,000. Instead of using a state-issued account, Kitzhaber used a Gmail account for his work as early as March 2011, the newly released emails show.

   The Oregonian/OregonLive sought the emails in a public records request filed with the governor’s office last October, when Kitzhaber was still in office. That request also covered a personal account Kitzhaber used that inadvertently was stored on state computers. Brown’s office isn’t releasing any of those because of efforts by Kitzhaber’s attorneys to keep them private. Sound Familiar.

   The abuses and corruptions affecting people like the Hammonds are symptoms of a more encompassing problem. Government employees (fulltime & elected) have changed their culture from one of service to, and respect for the people, to the roll of being a masters. On the subject of the land, it is evident that government employees are no longer assisting the people in claiming, using and defending property. Instead, they have become the people’s competitor to the benefits of the land, and are willing to use force on those who they erroneously compete against.

   The federal government adversely controls over 582,000,000 acres of the western lands, 51% of the entire western land mass. They also have recently begun claiming over 72% of western resources such as the sub-surface minerals, forestry and waters. This is in comparison to 4.29% federally controlled land in the east.

   The impact of the federal government controlling the land and resources inside the western states is hard to calculate. The negative impact on the people can be seen economically, politically, and socially. In order for any people to survive, let alone prosper, it takes the land and resources to do it. Everything we eat, the clothing we wear, the homes we live in, the cars we drive, and so on, come from the earth. All physical comfort and prosperity originates from the earth. Individuals composing the federal government, understanding the origination of wealth, are reserving these resources for themselves and are willing to use force to retain them. The ramifications of their action are slowly forcing the people of the west into poverty.

   Due to the fact that people cannot survive without land and resource, the federal government’s action in administering the lands for their own benefit will be the cause of public discontent and unrest until it is corrected.

   The solution is very simple, the land and resources must be made available to its rightful owners, the people. This can be done peacefully if the states & counties would check and balance the federal government as designed. When this happens, the people will begin to prosper and much of the economical, political and social problem of the west will diminish. Prosperity, peace and tranquility will be the results.

   While all of this was happening, Ammon Bundy had no control over anyone’s actions that arrived at the refuge, including Lavoy Finnicum, he pleaded with them all to leave the firearms at home, but to no avail the mailtia members came anyway. He continued to preach non-violence.
   The original warrant that was signed on January 26th, 2016 by Judge Stacie F. Beckerman. Later the court clerk redacted the information on the birthdates of the alleged suspects, I guess due to privacy laws. But, the FBI posted this pdf document on the worldwide web unredacted and stayed up for two days before they removed it. Here is the new version,

   Senate records show that The Podesta Group has lobbied the State Department on behalf of Uranium One — once in 2012, when Hillary Clinton was secretary of state, and once in 2015.

   Clinton left the State Department on Feb. 1, 2013.

   And according to a disclosure filed April 20, Uranium One spent $20,000 lobbying the Senate and State Department on the same issue.

   The Podesta Group was founded in 1988 by brothers Tony and John Podesta. Tony Podesta now heads the group while John Podesta, who has not worked for the family business for years but has been involved in plenty of other projects, leads Hillary Clinton toward a Democratic nomination.

   Uranium One is significant because it fell under the corporate control of Rosatom, Russia’s atomic energy agency, through a series of transactions approved by Hillary Clinton’s State Department. Rosatom’s acquisition of Uranium One effectively gave Russia control of 20 percent of uranium in the U.S.

   How all of that came to pass has fostered questions about how the Clintons operate their charity, the Clinton Foundation.

   The Uranium One story starts in 2005 when Canadian mining magnate Frank Giustra and several business partners came to own a small mining company called UrAsia Energy.

   Clinton flew with Giustra in September 2005 on a private jet to Kazakhstan. There, the mining tycoon negotiated with that nation’s mining agency, Kazataprom, for rights to three mines. After Clinton appeared publicly in support of Kazakhstan’s president, Nursultan Nazarbayev, who had just allegedly won an election with more than 90 percent of the vote, the mining deal was approved.

   Months later, Giustra donated $31 million to the Clinton Foundation with a pledge of $100 million more.

   In 2007, UrAsia Energy, with its access to Kazakhstan’s lucrative mines, merged with South Africa’s Uranium One in a $3.5 billion deal.

   Giustra sold his stake in the company soon after, pocketing a tidy profit. But other investors and executives with close ties to Giustra maintained their interests and donated millions more to the Clinton group.

   As money was flowing to the Clinton Foundation, the State Department, which came under the control of Hillary Clinton in January 2009, approved a series of transactions that allowed Russia’s Rosatom to buy up shares in Uranium One. By June 2009, Rosatom had a 51 percent stake in the company.

   With that majority hold, the Russian energy company effectively gained control of 20 percent of the uranium in the U.S.

   Rosatom has since taken complete control of Uranium One. And while there is little risk that the metal being pulled out of U.S. soil poses a direct threat to U.S. national security, it does give Russian President Vladimir Putin control of a major source of energy amid cooling diplomatic relations.

   Though Uranium One’s corporate progression has the appearance of pay-for-play, the Clintons and Giustra have denied doing anything wrong. In his capacity as Clinton’s campaign chair, John Podesta has gone on the offensive, dismissing the notion that the Clintons have done anything illegal or unethical as a conspiracy theory.

   But as evidence of just how complex the Clinton Foundation’s activities are, the website Vox.com published an exhaustive list of 181 Clinton Foundation donors who also lobbied the State Department during Hillary Clinton’s tenure there.

   Uranium One is not on the list. Neither is Giustra. Nor is Ian Telfer, one of Giustra’s Canadian associates who is the former chairman of Uranium One. He donated $2.35 million through his Fernwood Foundation to the Canadian wing of the Clinton Foundation, which is set up as a partnership with Giustra.

   After it was revealed that the Clinton Foundation had not disclosed some of its foreign donations — such as Telfer’s — the organization announced it would be refiling some of its tax forms.

   PRINCETON, Ore. (INTELLIHUB) — As it turns out there’s a lot more to the story behind the Malheur Wildlife Refuge–a whole lot more–and this article is just the tip of the proverbial iceberg.

   As you may or may not know, Intellihub reported on Jan. 4, that the Hammond’s ranch and other ranch-lands surrounding the refuge sit atop a vast swath of precious metals, minerals, and uranium that’s heavily desired by not only the federal government, but foreign entities as well.

   However, at the time of the article’s publication the federal government’s full motive to seize the land was not yet known other than the fact that these elements do exist in the vicinity and are invaluable.

   Now, after further investigation, more pieces of the puzzle have been put in place and you’re not going to believe what characters are involved.

   I’ll give you a hint–one of them is currently being investigated by the FBI and is also running on the Democratic ticket in hopes of becoming the next President of the United States. That’s right, you guessed it–none other than Hillary Rodham Clinton of the notorious Clinton crime family.

   Hillary and her foundation are implicated in the dastardly scheme along with the Russian State Nuclear Energy Corporation, Rosatom, and a few dubious Canadian elite, which is where the news gets really bad.

   Rosatom is ranked #2 globally in uranium reserves and #1 globally for annual uranium extraction. The sheer power, strength, and size of the corporation is undeniable. Rostom is a major power-player in today’s world and didn’t become that way for no reason.

   You see, Rosatom wanted to expand their operations into America and needed a way in. So, in 2013, Rosatom acquired a Canadian company named Uranium One as part of a sinister side deal which involved multiple parties. Ultimately the deal opened a typically secure and closed-door, thus allowing the Russians to salt their way into Continental United States as part of a vast and extensive plan to mine Uranium ore out of states like Wyoming and Oregon.

   The deal was essentially brokered by Hillary and was ran through the Clinton Foundation using Canadian-backed contributions as a cover. With one swoop of a pen the bitch sold out the American people and one-fifth of America’s uranium resources to the Russians.

   In April of 2015, two reporters for the New York Times boldly reported how the plan worked:

   At the heart of the tale are several men, leaders of the Canadian mining industry, who have been major donors to the charitable endeavors of former President Bill Clinton and his family. Members of that group built, financed and eventually sold off to the Russians a company that would become known as Uranium One.

   Beyond mines in Kazakhstan that are among the most lucrative in the world, the sale gave the Russians control of one-fifth of all uranium production capacity in the United States. Since uranium is considered a strategic asset, with implications for national security, the deal had to be approved by a committee composed of representatives from a number of United States government agencies. Among the agencies that eventually signed off was the State Department, then headed by Mr. Clinton’s wife, Hillary Rodham Clinton.

   As the Russians gradually assumed control of Uranium One in three separate transactions from 2009 to 2013, Canadian records show, a flow of cash made its way to the Clinton Foundation. Uranium One’s chairman used his family foundation to make four donations totaling $2.35 million. Those contributions were not publicly disclosed by the Clintons, despite an agreement Mrs. Clinton had struck with the Obama White House to publicly identify all donors. Other people with ties to the company made donations as well.

   And shortly after the Russians announced their intention to acquire a majority stake in Uranium One, Mr. Clinton received $500,000 for a Moscow speech from a Russian investment bank with links to the Kremlin that was promoting Uranium One stock.

   At the time, both Rosatom and the United States government made promises intended to ease concerns about ceding control of the company’s assets to the Russians. Those promises have been repeatedly broken, records show.

   Soon, Uranium One began to snap up companies with assets in the United States. In April 2007, it announced the purchase of a uranium mill in Utah and more than 38,000 acres of uranium exploration properties in four Western states, followed quickly by the acquisition of the Energy Metals Corporation and its uranium holdings in Wyoming, Texas and Utah.

   That deal made clear that Uranium One was intent on becoming “a powerhouse in the United States uranium sector with the potential to become the domestic supplier of choice for U.S. utilities,” the company declared.

   While the United States gets one-fifth of its electrical power from nuclear plants, it produces only around 20 percent of the uranium it needs, and most plants have only 18 to 36 months of reserves, according to Marin Katusa, author of “The Colder War: How the Global Energy Trade Slipped From America’s Grasp.”

   “The Russians are easily winning the uranium war, and nobody’s talking about it,” said Mr. Katusa, who explores the implications of the Uranium One deal in his book. “It’s not just a domestic issue but a foreign policy issue, too.”

   Yes, the Russians are winning the “uranium war,” thanks to Hillary.

   In September 2011, a representative from Oregon Energy, L.L.C. (formally Uranium One), met with local citizens, and county and state officials, to discuss the possibility of opening a uranium oxide (“yellowcake”) mine in southern Malheur County in southeastern Oregon. Oregon Energy is interested in developing a 17-Claim parcel of land known as the Aurora Project through an open pit mining method. Besides the mine, there would be a mill for processing. The claim area occupies about 450 acres and is also referred to as the “New U” uranium claims.

   On May 7, 2012, Oregon Energy LLC made a presentation to the BLM outlining its plans for development for the mine.

   The Vale District has agreed to work with Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife on mitigation for the “New U” uranium claims, which are located in core sage grouse habitat. Although the lands encompassing the claims have been designated core, the area is frequented by rockhounds and hunters, and has a crisscrossing of off-highway vehicle (OHV) roads and other significant land disturbance from the defunct Bretz Mercury Mine, abandoned in the 1960s.

   However, by the fall of 2012 the company said that it was putting its plans for the mine on hold until the uncertainty surrounding sage grouse issues was resolved.

   Once again the Whore of Babylon, Hillary Clinton, her foundation, and other members of government, have literally been caught conducting illicit, illegal, and treasonous, activities right underneath the noses of the American people and are in no way being held accountable. Moreover she has the nerve to run for president! Are you kidding me?

   Now Oregon Governor Kate Brown has stepped in, calling for a ‘swift’ resolution to the armed occupation of the Malheur Wildlife Refuge, clearly shilling for the Dems, criminally assisting them with their master plan to sellout every last bit of America’s public lands to foreign entities like Uranium One, fully eviscerating whats left of the U.S. Constitution.

   So there you have it–rogue criminal factions of government are operating at all levels and are actually conspiring together to allow foreign corporations to invade and mine rich American resources, including uranium, from lands owned by the people.

   According to the report, this bill passed in June of 1998, and gave “Utah 139,000 acres of federally held land, certain mineral rights, and $50 million in exchange for all of Utah’s claims to lands within national parks, monuments, forests and federal areas” under then U.S. President Bill Clinton’s orders, further demonstration how the Clinton Crime Family has been using their vast political influence to loot some of the best assets from the Corporation of the United States, selling them for pennies on the dollar to private foreign corporations and one world bodies like the United Nations.

   Additionally we find this whole animal goes back the the Ronald Regan era–and possibly further.

   […] President Ronald Reagan and his advisors looked across the West’s public lands and saw dollar signs. Money was something they desperately needed in 1982, as the national deficit hit $128 billion. So James Watt, then U.S. secretary of the Interior, and John R. Block, the secretary of Agriculture, earmarked 35 million acres, or 5 percent of the nation’s public lands (excluding Alaska), for the auction block.

   The plan to privatize public lands was met with outrage and skepticism, not only from Western liberals such as Arizona Gov. Bruce Babbitt, but also from conservatives like Sen. James McClure, R-Idaho, who objected because the states were cut out of the deal. Watt eventually withdrew Interior lands from the sale; shortly thereafter, the Forest Service’s sale lost steam, too.

   However unpopular the proposed sales were, they weren’t illegal. And the idea didn’t go away. The framework for selling public lands has inched forward since the Clinton administration, and now the Interior Department wants to give it a higher priority.

   The 1976 Federal Land Policy and Management Act (FLPMA) required the Bureau of Land Management to identify lands that were “uneconomical to manage,” or that stood in the way of a community’s development. But the BLM lacked a strong incentive to identify such sellable lands: Under FLPMA, any money received from their sale would go directly into the U.S. Treasury, rather than into the agency’s own coffers.

   Then, in 2000, Congress and the Clinton administration passed the Federal Land Transaction Facilitation Act (FLTFA), which changed how profits from BLM land sales were distributed. Twenty percent of any land-sale revenue would go toward the BLM’s administration costs, while the other 80 percent had to be used to buy private inholdings within BLM lands that contained “exceptional resources.” The act was based on a land disposal and acquisition mechanism in the Southern Nevada Public Land Management Act of 1998, which was crafted to accommodate Las Vegas’ rapid expansion onto neighboring public lands. But FLTFA’s profit scheme applied only to sellable lands identified before July 25, 2000. At that time, the BLM estimated it had 3.3 million acres of sellable land, but thanks to better inventories, its estimate has since shrunk to as low as 330,000 acres. From 2001 to 2003, the BLM sold almost 11,000 acres under FLTFA.

   Note: We know some of the land acquired by Uranium One is in Oregon and we know there are precious metals on and near the Hammond Ranch. Put two and two together. Stay tuned for more updates and confirmation as it is becoming increasingly clear that other companies and government entities are most likely also involved.

   The government, alongside private companies (including foreign-owned), are in the middle of a massive criminal land grab which the mainstream media is largely ignoring, instead opting to paint those in Oregon as crazy anti-government extremists. In other words, members of the mainstream media are directly responsible for helping to allow this takeover to happen.

   SALT LAKE CITY — President Barack Obama created three new national monuments Friday, and he did it by executive order.

   It’s a move that has Utah’s congressional members firing back at the White House, saying the president overreached his power.

   Congressman Rob Bishop represents Utah’s First Congressional District, and he voted to block the designation of the national monuments.

   Bishop supported an amendment that would’ve prevented the president from naming future monuments here in Utah and in other areas. Some Utah lawmakers are still angry over a similar move that occurred back in the late ‘90s when then-President Bill Clinton designated the Grand Staircase a national monument without any input from the state.

   But this week’s vote won’t have much impact on the president’s designations Friday, which were in Nevada, California and Texas.

   It was a Nevada lawmaker who brought that spending amendment to the House of Representatives, and it would block the White House from using funds to designate proposed national monuments in 17 western counties, including Utah’s Kane, Garfield and Wayne counties.

   Those are areas here made up largely of federally controlled lands, like the Grand Staircase National Monument.

   It’s an area Bishop said needs protection from the government.

   “The people in the counties that are designated in this amendment need to have the right to have some input in how land decisions are used in that area,” Bishop said on video captured by C-SPAN. “This is what this amendment does: Give them the chance to be heard, because under the present Antiquities Act, they are not heard.”

   Conservationists in Utah have a different take.

   “It’s partisan politics at its core that the Republicans in Congress, some here in the state of Utah, feel like it’s an abuse of authority,” said Stephen Bloch, legal director of the Southern Utah Wilderness Alliance.

   According to Bloch, without preservation efforts such as those afforded under the Antiquities Act, state leaders would open up land to development.

   “Increased threats from things like off-road vehicle use, things like energy developments,” Bloch said. “Those threats are going to become more and more real, and those landscapes are going to be further damaged.”

   Bishop has argued that the Antiquities Act is not being used as it was intended to be when it was created in 1906. He said this week it’s now being used as a political weapon.

   Special Agent in Charge Greg Bretzing Linked to National Security Breach, Fraud and Corruption in Salt Lake City

   In 2011 KSL-TV out of Utah conducted a year-long investigation of the FBI Field Office in Salt Lake City regarding security violations. The alleged violations had been first reported by a special agent in Phoenix and alleged a leak of classified information that could threaten national security. Greg Bretzing, now out of the FBI’s Portland, OR. branch and current Special Agent in Charge of the Malhuer Occupation and LaVoy Finicum shooting was an Assistant Special Agent in Charge at the time of the investigation. The report prompted the Salt Lake City field office to begin re-evaluating its security procedures, according to sources inside the FBI. Security clearance procedures were reassessed to ensure each individual had the appropriate credentials and access.

   The story detailed allegations of multiple violations of internal FBI policies, including lax oversight of classified documents stored inside the FBI’s Salt Lake City field office; violations of policies that govern the issuance and use of FBI credentials; the failure to enforce rules that restrict access to areas where classified documents are kept; and concerns that high-level FBI officials may have covered up a formal complaint of security violations. The FBI declined to officially comment on any of the allegations.

   Nearly a dozen self-described whistleblowers — including those with strong ties to the FBI’s Salt Lake field office — have come forward to expose potentially serious security breaches, including the removal of classified documents from the office contrary to strict FBI protocol. The whistleblowers were interviewed as part of the yearlong investigation which was able to corroborate much of what each source reported by conducting individual interviews without the knowledge of other sources. The sources provided details of multiple violations of internal FBI policies, including lax oversight of highly classified documents stored inside the Salt Lake City office’s Secret Compartmented Information Facility; the failure to enforce rules that restrict access to areas where classified documents are kept; violations of policies that govern the issuance of FBI credentials; and concerns that high-level FBI officials may have covered up a formal complaint of security violations.

   “The actions that Salt Lake City is taking definitely could jeopardize national security,” one FBI source said. “That’s a big problem. That’s a huge problem with catastrophic consequences.””[that] turned that place upside down,” an FBI source said “It [was] pandemonium.” “It’s a huge deal,” another FBI source said. “We’re talking about the pinnacle of law enforcement. And they’ve got corruption inside their own office.”Special Agent in Charge James McTighe and the two assistant special agents in charge, Ken Porter and Greg Bretzing, were said to be visibly concerned. Dan Ward, the special agent in charge of security, was reportedly just as worried.

   These individuals spoke on the condition that their identities be protected. “There is a severe problem with the Salt Lake office,” one source told KSL. “None of them will come forward because they know the FBI will come after them with a vengeance.” “People are afraid,” another FBI source said. “People are afraid to say anything. This has been going on for years.”

   Sources who worked in Salt Lake field say concerns about security were heightened when the FBI granted high-level credentials to certain non-FBI task force members. In a specific example, all cite the credentials provided to Utah State fraud investigator Shane Tiernan, when he was appointed to an FBI-led task force on health care and then the violent crimes task force. Those sources said Tiernan was given an FBI Secure Access Control System key card, known as a SACS badge. This type of badge is considered a high-level credential, usually allowing 24-hour access to the FBI field office. Sources say however, Tiernan frequently wore his FBI-issued SACS badge and allegedly was allowed to maintain his credentials even after he left public service.

   “He had credentials after he was off the task force and during the time he was a civilian employee. He was in another state working as a civilian. When he returned to Utah, he still had those credentials, which is a direct violation of FBI policy,” said a former state investigator who worked with Tiernan. “Shane Tiernan knows about the improprieties of the FBI,” said one source knowledgeable of the FBI probe. “The FBI’s not going to do anything to him. The FBI will never besmirch his name because he’ll turn around and take down the supervisors that he knew.” One such alleged improper practice involves an agent “loaning” an FBI-issued automatic firearm to Tiernan for a period of one year, according to three separate sources who worked with Tiernan at the time.

   In light of the controversy surrounding the shooting of LaVoy Finicum and considering the other allegations of impropriety, corruption and political incest and nepotism surrounding key individuals of the Government, Judge Ann Aiken, Judge Stephen Grasty, Sheriff Dave Ward, involved with the Malhuer Occupation, this revelation is troubling in the extreme.

   FBI (protesters) called out at Refuge, Pete Santilli was notified by an individual that the protesters and others (FBI)had come to the refuge to insight violence. Pete S. then got his people together and approached the protesters and demand that the individual show them his FBI I.D.
   From there on out Pete kept asking this person that he was an Federal Agent that they had proof of it that they had seen him the following day at the FBI compound standing behind the agent that was talking to Ammon Bundy. To verify Pete’s evidence he grabbed his laptop which had video evidence on it, to show everyone there that he was in fact a federal agent. The video/picture was then shown to this FBI agent and in fact it was proven match he was the same individual they saw the day before. HIS COVER WAS BLOWN! All of the protesters then left promptly in a hurry to the car that they had arrived in.
   THE FBI (UNDERCOVER PROTESTING AGENTS) WERE INCITING VIOLENCE AGAINST THE RUFUGE HOLDERS TO ENTICE THEM INTO COMMITTING VIOLENCE AGAINST THEM, IT DID NOT WORK.

    Kanab City Fire Department and Kanab City Police Department are currently investigating a fatal fire that occurred at 510 North 100 West in Kanab. At approximately 10:33 pm on January 29, 2016 Kane County Dispatch Center received a 911 call reporting a Structure (shop) on fire. Prior to the first initial units arriving to the scene of the fire, there was a report of an individual possibly still being in the structure.

    Emergency responders arrived on scene to find the structure fully engulfed. Due to the progression of the fire, firefighters were unable to perform any search until the fire was contained. After containment, emergency personnel located human remains in the structure. The human remains have been turned over to the Utah Office of the Medical Examiner for identification.

    The fire is still under investigation and is being worked jointly between Kanab Fire Department, Kanab Police Department and the Utah State Fire Marshalls Office.

    More information will be provided at a later time.
