    WHY TRUST SILICON VALLEY.

    THEY LIE.

    WHEN A COMPANY SAYS “OH WE NO LONGER WILL BE GIVING OUT PROFIT SHARING AND YOU GOT THE SW GROUP GETTING BONUS EVERY 3 MONTHS AND PROFIT SHARING AND SALARY RAISES WHILE THE REST OF THE COMPANY PEONS ARE GETTING LAID OFF…PUHLEASE…”

    FOR FOLKS TO SAY OH YOU DONT KNOW WHAT YOU ARE TALKING ABOUT.

    I HAD A SW ENGINEER ASK ME AM I MAKING THIS KIND OF MONEY. I SAID NO.

    WHAT DID THEY SHOW ME. ALL THE BONUSES AND PAY RAISES THEY RECEIVED WHEN THE COMPANY LIED TO US. FIRST HAND ACCOUNT.

    THEN I HAD TO TRAIN MY REPLACEMENTS FOR 3 YEARS FROM INDIA, KOREA, JAPAN, SINGAPORE..ETC.

    ON TOP OF THAT THE COMPANY WAS FLYING IN THE SAME INDIAN SW ENGINEERS ROTATING THEM ON TRAVEL VISAS, EDUCATIONAL VISAS. I REPORTED IT BUT NO ONE IS GONNA DO ANYTHING ABOUT.

    AM I PISSED ABOUT IT YES. WHY. ALL THE STOCK OPTIONS I EARNED FROM THE 60+ HRS I PUT INTO THAT COMPANY WERE YANKED AWAY WHEN I WAS LAID OFF.

    SO PULEASE…TRUMP BUILD THE DAM WALL SO I CAN GET A RAISE. THANK YOU.
