   COMEY WITH THE EVIL BASTARDS CLINT-TONS OF BS HAD TO BE IN ON THE FIX TO ‘NOT’ CHARGE THE EVIL WITCH AND HER RAPIST HUSBAND WITH CRIMES. THEIR KID IS AS EVIL AS BOTH OF HER PARENTS.

   REMEMBER THE EVIL WITCH… REPEATEDLY AT ‘ALL TIMES’ DECLARED THAT SHE DID ‘NOT INTEND’ TO VIOLATE THE NATIONAL SECURITY LAWS.

   THE ‘INTENT’ IS A BULLSHIT ARGUMENT MADE BY THE EVIL WITCH, AND COMEY FELL RIGHT IN LINE WITH A DECLARATION OF ‘INTENT’ BEING UNAVAILABLE TO CHARGE THE EVIL WITCH WITH A SERIOUS SET OF NATIONAL SECURITY CHARGES ATTACHED TO USE OF A PRIVATE SERVER FOR GOVERNMENT WORK.

   WE ALL KNOW SHE WANTED HER AND HER MATES SERVERS OFF OF THE FEDERAL NETWORK SO THAT SHE AND HER RAPIST MATE COULD RIP NATIONS AND INDIVIDUALS OFF … USING THEIR POLITICAL ALLIANCES.

   THE FOUNDATION IS AND WAS WILL EVER BE A PONSI SCHEME FOR WHICH ALL INVOLVED NEED TO BE JAILED… AND THAT INCLUDES COMEY WHO IS SUPPOSED TO HAVE ACQUIRED SOME MILLIONS FROM THE WITCHE’S FOUNDATION

2. The LAW is CLEAR

   the statute for protecting NATIONAL SECURITY is extremely CLEAR as to the responsibilities of employees to protect classified information.

   As I recall… a CRIMINAL violation occurs when national security is exposed EVEN if the person did not divulge the information KNOWINGLY and INTENTIONALLY.

   There isn’t an “INTENT” defense in the FEDERAL LAWS that protect a VIOLATOR of National Security protocols.

   NONE WHATSOEVER… they are GUILTY and can be Criminally charged… THEN THEIR SENTENCE FOR PUNISHMENT IS RENDERED BY A JUDICIAL BODY.

   A NATIONAL SECURITY VIOLATION HAS NO DEFENSE WHATSOEVER… THE PARTIES ARE GUILTY TO BEGIN WITH WHEN THERE IS A NATIONAL SECURITY VIOLATION

   But Toensing said Comey made far more mistakes, starting with his repeated misstating of the statute in question.
