If Orly is successful in winning this case, even if the decision is eventually overturned by the Georgia Supreme Court, it will have already created a domino effect across the Union. It will force other States to take notice of legal precedent. This WILL be a BOMBSHELL on the MSM and in so-called “Conservative” (GOP Establishment Neocon) talk radio. Trump will be asked to comment on it, I’m sure, so that he can have his “I told you so” moment. We Birther Constitutionalists will have finally been vindicated. All of these pathetic traitorous bastards in our criminal federal government and in “Conservative” talk radio will have stinking rotten egg on their face trying to explain away their Establishment GOP party line of ignoring this extremely important Constitutional issue. Will the GOP Presidential candidates be forced to finally answer questions about this elephant in the room in their anything-but-”debates”??? The Democrats and the MSM will at first try to get away with scornful dismissiveness with their all-too-typical and trite racist tripe about us Southerners, but when other States take note, the avalanche will have already started. They will vilify this Judge as a racist in their desperation, but it will be to no avail. Expect to see Pelosi and Reid subpoenaed in the US Congress, which will have no choice but to investigate the Crime of the Millenium when the States take the mask off of the District of Criminals.

 In response to obama operatives, claiming that trial on January 26 is not a trial, please see the pretrial order from the judge and explain, why is the judge issuing pretrial order, if there is no trial

    All I can say in comment to this is…

    BRAVISIMO!! BRAVO BRAVO!! Now let us all pray that God is willing that this man be removed and in just a vehement way as he has pursued destroying this country and its Constitution and Bill of Rights; the very backbone and foundation of our way of life!!

    Our South Dakota Legislation is currently in session. I’ve written my Rep. and supplied him with as much information as possible, I have yet to hear back from him. Maybe this hearing will be what opens the eyes of State Legislators around the Country.

    Well written and I couldn’t agree with you more, Mr. Manning. I have been sending a letter to both Federal and State elected officials and to several Clerks offices. I don’t receive acknowledgements from any of them. What are they afraid of? How could they possibly be more afraid than the voters who are having their rights and way of life systematically destroyed by the Regime? Since I discovered the work of Orly Taitz, I have felt a glimmer of hope and change. Bless you Dr. Taitz, Esq. I pray that your work will be recognized by the world soon.

    Updating those that may be late assimilating the last 3.5 yrs. GOP does not and will not provide a hint of investigation to the crimes being committed. Personal visits, faxes, letters, formal requests in writing for meetings, staff calls with live conversations prove the complicity of ALL CONgress. The conspiracy “theory” is the Slapinsky to the thinking voter. There is in fact an ongoing circumvention of Constitutional rights for every American citizen. The Republic is hanging on a thread of “we the people” taking the country back to it’s roots.

    2discern: I am one of those that has “been on this case” from the beginning – Berg, then Gary Kreep then I discovered Orly Taitz. She had just split from Kreeps USJF “United States Justice Foundation” She spotted this Phony right away. I’m praying every day that the Good Lord keeps her safe – and that Judge Malihi will rule the correct way. Bill Z
