I gave out 480 flyers today, explaining Obama ineligibility, (Orly Taitz, 2010 primary candidate for Secretary of State and eligibility attorney also gave out a bunch) citing some evidence and disagreeing with the Republican “strategy” of simply waiting for the election and hoping the problem will go away with “hard work” and the irrefutable logic of running “Conservatives” (a little sarcasm- sorry).
  
We each talked to quite a few people- dozens. I talked to a few candidates,  elected officers and party officials, as well as delegates and regular attendees. No one at all was hostile, but some were neutral to skeptical that anything could be done. Such it is that people have been cowed and disillusioned.  If our leaders had shown any cojones at all at the start, this would have been long finished.
 
It was very helpful to use our own TPN blog denizen Royce’s visual aid to explain the different documents and what is wrong with them.  I got the most visceral reactions on the eVerify report. Everyone knows that farm workers, laborers, all workers, should pass this to get work, in some jurisdictions. Our “President” failed, but he gets a pass. No one is doing anything about it. It doesn’t appear on  the “news.” Life goes on. What are they to think?
 
I told them that our officials are weak, cowardly, corrupt and/or ideological and that our news media is the latter. I told them that THEY are The People and it is now up to them to motivate our “leaders”– to INSIST that they take action, to badger them, even threaten them, with lack of support until they do.

    Looks like you are finally making some headway into the Republican Party. It’s about time!
