I will need the following info:
1. Do you want to be a part of a class action law suit?
2. Your name and address.
3. Did you have insurance before
4. Are you a member of religion which is exempt from Obamacare
5. Did you lose your insurance because it is not Obamacare compliant
6. Did your employer cut your hours to 29 hours per week to avoid paying Obamacare
7. Did your employer cancel your policy?
8. Will you pay a higher deductible under Obamacare?
9 Will you pay higher premiums under Obamacare?
10. Will you lose an ability to see your doctor or go to the specific hospital under Obamacare?
11. Did your insurance company decide to live your state because of Obamacare (for example Aetna left CA due to Obamacare)
12. Are you having a financial hardship paying or Obamacare or paying Obama-tax

Right now I am doing a preliminary assessment, I am not filing a case yet and I am not making a specific promise that the case will filed soon. Obama-tax does not start until January 2014, so I have some time. I plan to include in the case evidence of Obama-tax being illegal and unconstitutional not only due to above mentioned problems, but also due to the fact that it was signed by a criminal who is occupying the position of the U.S. President using fabricated IDs and a stolen Social Security number as proof of his identity, U.S. citizenship and legitimacy for the position of the U.S. President.
Keep in mind, WilsonTax, aka income tax, started with 1% and rose to nearly 40%. Obama-tax started with 1%, but is likely to jump.

Perhaps this has to go back to the Supreme Court as Taxes cannot be levied on handpicked groups of the citizenry and withheld from others. That is a PUNITIVE tax which is UNCONSTITUTIONAL.
Don’t Muslims and Amish still have to pay into Social Security? Don’t they have to pay property and sales taxes?
If Muslims are EXEMPT while non-Muslim neighbors are OBLIGATED, we have a case of DHIMMITUDE, a term used early in the Obama era by prescient Pam Geller who has been trying to warn America and the World about the true intentions of radical Islam.
It is also TRIUMPHALISM, as in this case, the Muslims get the bone, and non Muslims get the shaft.
ObamaCare is really OBAMA-TAX and that is how it was approved.
If it is a fraudulent “Taqiyya” tax, it MUST GO.

We all wish to sue over this nonsense, but in my case, I LITERALLY have spent three solid years demanding answers which I have NOT received from ALL of my Connecticut supposed legislators. NOBODY has responded and I am furious to be stuck in this position of either buying something I don’t want, don’t believe in, have NEVER purchased and have NEVER used or face a fine for refusing. America is about choices; not being forced to comply with horrid legislation or face hefty penaltie$ unless we comply like a flock of sheep. I honestly don’t know how to get out of this.

P.S. I don’t truly recall when we all started having Medicare deductions from our payroll taxes. But I recall being very angry and repeatedly asking my then-accountant to take me off of that crap because I NEVER will use Medicare. As far as Social Security is concerned, I’ve been annoyed with this as well. By the time I retire, in another shockingly awful twenty years, there will be no money left in the Social Security coffers so I actually get all of the crazy money which I had no choice about being withheld from me. And now this Obamacare nonsense. I am so upset.

Here are the Obamacare premiums , you can see why nobody is signing up. Note: your rates will be even higher- the rate they quote for those under 49 is based on a 27yr old. Rates for those over 50yr old are based on a 50yr old.

Dr. Taitz, I have a question.
Where in our constitution is it stated that we must be a member of a government-recognized religion in order to invoke the First Amendment?
I’m Catholic and I feel the Church did us all a grave disservice when it argued for its own First Amendment right to be exempt but not the right of individual Catholics to worship as we choose.
Recently the Pope and Sister Forcades have made statements about abortion that, as a Catholic, I do not agree with.
Isn’t Bill of Rights for the protection for individuals freedom? Can government deny me my right to believe as I choose if the Catholic church states an opinion that differs from mine?
