    There is a story here someplace with Turkey’s role in the decline of the Ottoman empire and Turkey’s role in the resurrection of the Ottoman
    empire. There is an 80 page article titled Armenian Genocide on the internet. I have only read about a third of the article but everything seems to point toward Turkey being the leader of a new Ottoman empire. News stories on the internet seem to point the same direction. I think Erdogan himself thinks that he will be the ruler of a resurrection of the Ottoman empire.
