My recommendations for Tea Party of Thousand Oaks, Tea Party of Ventura County and Tea Party of Conejo Valley,
There may well be many other constitutionalist patriots out there. With a little more time to research I could weigh in to a greater extent.
There are two people, on the other hand, that I have known personally for many years and under many situations where they had the opportunity to show their real self.
Those two are Tim Donnelly (GOP Governor candidate) and Orly Taitz (GOP California Attorney General candidate). I know them so well that I know exactly how they would react and what pro-active actions they would take under most circumstances. I have known them both for more than 10 years. They are both loving and dedicated spouses and they both have raised large families where the children have developed strong principles and character. Both have taken personal responsibility, created wealth, established businesses, practiced a distinguished profession (Orly is a dentists as well as an attorney) and throughout their productive live have helped other families by employing people.
In the case of Orly, for example, Orly and I were California elected representatives to the Continental Congress of 2009 where we joined other elected representatives from the other states in St. Charles, Illinois, for a month long congress on how to return the United States to constitutional governance. We penned the “Articles of Freedom” a 56 page document that can be found on the Internet. Orly is a constitutional law attorney and scholar.
Tim and I have participated in many projects, eventually leading to his election to the State Assembly, where the protection of the Constitution, constitutional law and individual freedom were the sole purpose. Tim is an untiring dedicated patriot and an unequaled friend.
I ditto George’s recommendation of Pastor Rob McCoy, Mark Lunn, Peter Foy and Rafael Dagnesses. I don’t know Mark Reed personally (I trust George’s recommendations).
As for Congress, it will be Brownley and either Gorell or Dagnesses for the second candidate. I endorsed Dagnesses. Rafael seems to me to be the kind of patriot constitutionalist that I (only) support. Initially, he could not vocalize the principles that have driven his life and choices, and this is understandable, as he is not a career politician with a well rehearsed (bogus) stump speech. As time has passes, his message has come into searing sharp focus and that which is in his heart is now out in plain view. Rather than say anything negative, lets just say that of the available choices, I will vote for Dagnesses without hesitation. If he makes it, GREAT, and if he doesn’t then Gorell will be the second highest vote getter and the GOP candidate against Brownley . . . a good thing (given the circumstances). So by voting for Dagnesses there is no harm as it is going to be either Gorell or Dagnesses (no other serious challenger exists for that second spot).
Best wishes,
