Subject: RE: Rubio & Cruz eligibility

So I got a call back from Mr. Frederick Smalls who is the Director of Admin & Support Services at the SOS’s office. He informed me that they do not deal with certificates of candidacy at all and that he the SOS does is certify the “name” of the person being placed on the ballot and not the qualifications. I asked who did take care of candidate qualifications and said he did not know and that it should be the board??? HUH, how can you not know?

 

Anyways, he told me that if I had proof tat they were not eligible that he would welcome my evidence and make sure it got to the SOS personally and that they would go from there. So at least I got them to be interested in the info I have.

 

Now I guess I need to work on the Board again and what they have to say about the several laws that require them to follow federal law on qualifications. I also need to get in contact with those 5 board members to see if they have any interest in the evidence and find out why the Board is following their duties required of them.

    These two have been discussed many times here on this site.

    All the people in charge have to do-? is to talk to these two, to ascertain:
    1. Where/when their parents were born?
    2. Where/when Cruz/Rubio was born?
    3. As them for their birth certificates?
    4. Were either born on American soil?
    5. Were their parents (both) American citizens at the time of their births?
    6. And they should have a quick time-frame to provide this info or be held ineligible, if they can’t prove they are eligible!

    Don’t play any games with them!

    And I understand that someone in Congress is set to file a paper (at some point) to have them both answer these questions!

    Watch and see if anyone signs off on these guys like Pelosi did with O!

    Orly……. Please, Please, Please stop posting your plans on here Please stop. This site is not private. It;s visitors are not vetted. Please don’t give them a chance to lawyer up and buy and threaten judges and court reporters and all the other folks like they have been doing for years. They are watching every thing that you do.

    frankly, I wouldn’t worry about it. Democrat congressman Grayson only announced that he will sue Cruz if Cruz becomes a nominee. Also, judges refuse to rule on the merits in these cases
