   there is no legal basis to sue NFL. People can boo him, can boycott his games, advertisers can drop him, but the public cannot sue, as there is no contractual obligation for the players to stand. We can, also, write to the owner of 49ers and urge him not to renew the contract of Koepernick

   NFL already has rules against this type of unseemly, immoral behavior. If the NFL does nothing about it, they are clearly in on it. Notice the impostor usurper enemy of America Soetoro Obama has no problem with it, but then threatens people that criticize islam.
