Honorable Mrs. Michelle Backmann,
I have written you several times in 2010 (no replies). For example, I wrote after your appearance on the Savage Nation (02/22/10). Yes, I was truly overwhelmed and choked (like yourself) when you retold the story about those WWII heroes and their sacrifices. And your recital of the Constitution sounded impressing: Impressing yet hypocritical. It sounded especially hypocritical after Dr. Savage introduced you as a “True Constitutionalist!”
You, the “True Constitutionalist!” have ignored the most grotesque violation of the US Constitution ever and the root cause of our current tragedy: the illegitimacy of Obama, the impostor, the usurper.
It would be bad enough if you simply silence or dodge the issue, as other party apparatchiks kept doing. However you then explicitly said as though you, (the “True Constitutionalist”!), do not see any illegality in Obama’s presidency at all!
Recently your staff attorney Miss Brooke Bialke stated, that “you are well aware of eligibility issue, but it is not a priority for you, that it is not on your calendar for the next month.” Well, you are making some progress, but not nearly enough! For it is already more than 2 years of illegal presidency and unprecedented infamy visited upon our country.
Besides reciting the Constitution, I do hope you understand what the requirement of being a Natural Born Citizen in the Constitution of the US actually means as a prerequisite for the presidency.
Simply put, a person with only one parent a US citizen is not Natural Born no matter what:

According to his official biography, Obama’s father was not a US citizen, thus merely because of this one fact Obama could not campaign nor be elected as the president: period, end of story.
How could you in good faith ignore such an obvious constitutional requirement during the entire campaign of 2008 in respect to Obama – the opponent (!), while you did apply it in respect to McCain?!! In respect to McCain you did know that the US citizenship of both parents is required indeed!
All 43 previous presidents had campaigned in accordance with the Constitution: How could you and everybody else suddenly forget what it really means in 2008?!! Or for you, the “True Constitutionalist”, the Constitution is a “Living document” (like for a few notorious others)?
Even forgetting about the concept “Natural Born” for a while: how about verifying his ordinary citizenship? How at all could it happen in a civilized nation that a public official was allowed to campaign and be elected not producing anything (!) of his vital papers!

– And you, the “True Constitutionalist” do not have any questions about his dual citizenship (in Kenya, Britain, and Indonesia), do you?
– And about his multiples Social Security numbers – which is a plain felony?
– And you are not aware about numerous American Grand Juries of 2009 which indicted Obama in various crimes from fraud to perjury to treason?! You, who have solemnly recited “We the people”, are as indifferent to such a constitutionally established form of a people indictment as the American Grand Jury!?
– And you are not aware about an unprecedented people trial of Obama organized by the prominent black Pastor Reverend James Davis Manning of Harlem (New York) in May 2010, are you? This trial too indicted Obama for various crimes from fraud to perjury. You, who have solemnly recited “We the people”, are indifferent to the people’s trial!
– And you are not aware that US courts in coordinated efforts have sabotaged so far all attempts to prosecute Obama?! The courts sabotaged under a shameful pretext as though voters of our nation (we the people!) have no standing and no right to question the legitimacy of the very official for which we voted!
– And you said (04/22/10) as though all we should look forward is to not reelect Obama in 2012. What are you worth, your Republican Party, the US Congress and our entire nation if we all are incapable to prosecute and bring to justice an obvious fraudster and impostor?! If we all are just waiting until his term expires?! Are we a banana republic or what?! It would be eternal disgrace of our nation. And it would be used as a precedent to reduce the concept Natural Born Citizen to an acquired citizenship of an anchor baby – if the impostor is allowed to stay his full term!
– And if all the above is not yet enough for you, look at our decorated military hero Lt. Col. Terry Lakin, who had been court marshaled just for demanding the vetting of the impostor – something that you ought to do! Now he is rotting in Fort Liverworts being crucified because of your dereliction of duty.
– And with all the above “the issue of illegibility is not a priority for you”!?
I, and millions of other concerned citizens of these United States, am ashamed, disgusted, and outraged that a violation of the Constitution of the US on such an unprecedented scale took place on your watch. You ought to know better that a person whose only one parent is a US citizen is not a natural born citizen – even if you were unaware about other charges against Obama (such as fraud, Indonesian citizenship, and multiple Social Security numbers).
That said, still I am ready to contribute to your campaign, but if and only if:
1) You shall publicly acknowledge that you had overlooked illegality of Obama’s campaign and committed negligence in understanding what the Natural Born Citizenship really means (both parents must be US citizens).
2) In order to correct the mistake, you shall initiate a prosecution of the impostor in the Congress, and you shall back Lt. Col. Terry Lakin and the presentments issued by the American Grand Juries of 2009 and Reverend Manning in 2010.
3) You shall become a plaintiff in Dr. Taitz’s law suits claiming illegality of Obama’s presidency.
In fact, I pledge $2000 to the first sitting US Representative or Senator who has enough integrity and honesty to fulfill all the three conditions listed above. I wished that you be the first. If so, I will be your devoted volunteer and supporter (notwithstanding your previous inactions and misactions).

Dear Dr. Orly-I love Alexander’s idea. I was a Hillary supporter during the election frauds of 08, due to the loss of my/our vote in FL, I wrote in Mrs. Clinton’s name (as a protest). I’m an NBC Chicago and I know what a South Side slum-landlord crook is for 20 years yet, definitely a downhill operation every vice known to man-think Black Hole of Calcutta. I kept my Dem registration, about a month ago a very nice lady called trying to solicit donations-I said no way would I vote for that crook/s-they must think we are stupid and corrupt too. She said I was a Hillary supporter too and I have been hearing that a lot lately too. Maybe the Dems will start mugging little old ladies on the street corner to get donations-I wouldn’t put it past them/him. The Reps would do a great service by not being the Dems enablers. I’m Tea Party now, along with my best guess 65 per cent of the Dem (former) party. If the Dems/Reps do not clean out this den of thieves/viper/snake pit-one of two things can happen: Tea Party replaces Dems, Constitutional Party replaces Reps. One or both it doesn’t matter anymore: what good is a corrupt government? None.
I was talking to a very good friend of mine from Chicago suburbs-life long Democrat for generations-everyone is so disgusted with the Dems and will not vote for them ever again.
“The graves of young Americans surround the globe” how could our government be so cruel and cavalier toward our soldiers since the Revolutionary War until present? Not only does this present corrupt government not honor our living and deceased military, this government insults them in every way possible.

That’s how many you will get when you, as a staunch supporter of the Constitution, join in with the 58% of Americans who want proof that Obama meets the eligibility requirements of Article II, Section 1 of the Constitution – President must be a Natural Born citizen.
150,000,000 beats ½ million any day. And they will surely join in with you on your petition to not raising the debt ceiling. But first things first!

And just so you know that you are not alone in Congress on this matter, it can now be confirmed that this proof has just been formally served on Congressman Darrell Issa, and ALL members of the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee.

When Hawaii gov made such a “flack” over how he was going to “publish” this elusive “fortune cookie,” it appears that the (D) gov was “playing with us”! These people can’t “come clean” with anything!
