   The action of this judge (and its approval by Washington state AG) exemplify a grotesque twist of the Constitution; exemplify gross propaganda challenging intelligence of the readers.

   1) The Constitution does not apply to rights of aspirants to enter the nation, but only to the rights of citizens of the nation.

   2) The Constitution (and the Amendments) does not define immigration policy of this nation at all!

   3) The Constitution (the 1st Amendment) did not concern ANY CULT OR RELIGION OF THE WORLD, but only our national religions (Christianity and Judaism).

   4) Any nation must cherish and protect its national identity, and never let in foreign religions.

   5) America must stop islamization and finally rid entirely of islam, muslims, and 3500+ mosques here!

   We are near taken by the enemy, America! Get ready!

   yes, Trump admin is appealing the order of this lawless judge to the 9th Circuit. This judge showed total disregard of the existing laws and constitution

    Dr. Taitz, can’t Trump simply declare a National State of Emergency which gives him practically unlimited national defense authority? I’ve read that we’re still in a National State of Emergency from WWII which is how every President since then has justified pawning our military all around the world.

    The president has a right to exclude the whole class of aliens, however the president cannot violate existing laws and grant US legal status to a whole class of illegal aliens.
