    These are the unskilled drivers I see running red lights, drifting through stop signs

    and tailgating, as they exceed speed limits,
    without ever being caught.

    It is a nightmare with these ruffians behind any moving vehicle.

    I can only hope they eventually eliminate each other without the rest of us being caught in the middle.

    How many of these people are living in Cal.?

    This is hard to believe that people living in those states would sit for this and not try to stop it?
