    That is interesting. Voter Fraud? Electronic voting?
    According to https://www.politico.com/2014-election/results/map/governor/texas/
    Abbott failed to get a single vote in at least 9 counties.
    Brooks County
    Duval County
    Foard County
    Frio County
    Hudspeth County
    Reeves County
    Starr County
    Zapata County
    Zavala County
