- Did any of you notice a peculiar perfect timing between China announcing that they will not buy the U.S. dollar and the Iran deal. Who do you think will benefit from it?
- China is the biggest buyer of Iranian oil, it means a boon for China and yuan. There is no question transactions will not go in U.S. dollars. Keep in mind: BRICS countries are using a basket of their currencies in their transactions (BRICS is a group of emerging economies: Brazil, Russia, India, China, South Africa). I will not be surprised if Iran joins BRICS.
- It is noteworthy that Hamid Karzai in Afghanistan is balking on the security agreement that Obama demands. Afghanistan has estimated 1 trillion in precious metal deposits, and that is aside from the bustling narco trade. If it does not sign the agreement, it might gravitate towards China, which is already mining its’ precious metals, while U.S. boys are losing their limbs and giving their lives.
- China now surpasses U.S. in the investments in Africa.
- While nominally U.S. is still the nation with the highest GDP, when you look closely, big part of the U.S. GDP consists of non-productive jobs and banking schemes. If you were to consider the productive GDP, such as manufacturing and agricultural products, we are down significantly.
- Easing sanctions on Iran not only is a military threat, it will be detrimental economically.
- Lastly, keep in mind Ribentrop-Molotov peace agreement. It was supposed to prevent war with NAZI Germany, but in the end it only helped Germany in aggregating power for war.
