Detroit plans to cut pensions by 85%, will pay 16c on a dollar. For the past 5 years I’ve been warning that the same will happen to all the members of the US military and all the federal employees: after massive looting by the ruling mafia the pensions will be cut by 80%, that is exactly what happened in the former Soviet Union: the treasuries of 15 Republics of the former Soviet Union were emptied and pensions ended up being only but a few cents on a dollar. I hope someone is listening
