Department of Justice filed an opposition, but is very careful in pointing out that they do not represent Obama

Opposition to stay0001

Department of Justice filed an opposition, but without expressly stating that they do not represent Obama, they are de facto saying that, as Obama was sued as a candidate for office, not as a federal employee. They are saying that they are representing the U.S. Congress and federal employees.

I am not at home and will be home tomorrow evening. I will appreciate  help in research of all the cases related to denial of dafault judgment either as an appeal or as an interlocutory appeal.

More like the DOJ is misrepresenting congress. I can’t understand how they get away with lying about representing congress when in reality they are representing the usurper and congress did not ask them to dismiss the case.

They can’t represent someone who has not been served.

Speedy, it has become business of the day for the DOJ, WH, Congress & our courts as a whole to make up whatever it is they feel is expedient at the time. It’s gotten so bad that even if they realize they stepped in it today, they will just change the lie tomorrow. It’s sickening!

Orly, “this” Is bigger than any one single person. Our country has been taken over by EVIL and we must pray earnestly for a SUPERNATURAL intervention! God is good and evil is from a lesser power. I am prayerful for you hours each week. The Lord must step in and clear a path for the truth to overcome.Amen.

Same ol’ same ol’. The methods are more refined, more subtle, but, does it not seem that, not unlike Nazi Germany, the USSR, Poi Pol, Castro, China, etc., etc., criminals are beginning to incrementally rule over the U.S.? Although, I must add, people I know who escaped Poi Pol are much happier as U.S. citizens. However, they are very concerned about U.S. acts of tyranny.

Aside from all criminal intentions, but as per the public record, when a congress and judiciary fail the Constitution and the Bill Of Rights, not only are they illegally governing, but all illegal acts are unenforceable, and congress and the judiciary know it, as does an illegal executive. So, in an effort to avoid the gallows, they must, forcefully, get in deeper and deeper until all their wrongs become right, or they manage to naturally die before the piper arrives at their doors. Resignations without penalty are not a realistically acceptable antidote to violations to an oath of office or duty.

Yes, Rod Riddle, “it’s sickening”, but, unfortunately, not sickening enough to cause for appropriate measures to be enacted to stop these people, criminals or not.

PRAYFUL activity is very powerful. If we all would do this EACH AND EVERY DAY, and also include Dr Orly in those prayers, this would send a powerful, spiritual message to The Almighty.

We do need His intervention of some sort, to guide and protect us from this satanic evil in our midst!

The “Chosen Ones” who Represent the people, believe they do not need to answer to anyone. That they are Above the Law, That They are Better than we the people who in all actuallity put them thier. It is the Power Structure of DC… They Control EVERYTHING!

How can Judge England allow Department of Justice to return to his courtroom and file an opposition when they misrepresented their interest to the court the first time. They should as a minimum be held in contempt, fined and jailed.

He should force Obama into court or give you the default.

Injustice prevails in our system of justice.

G Michael Cleland you are so correct!!!! Something ugly is really going on here. Our Federal government is corrupt beyond measure if the DOJ gets away with this again. Come on Judge England, let’s have discovery!!!!
