Dear Mr. Bernie Goldberg,

I am Orly Taitz, I am an attorney who spent nearly 5 years of her life working with top licensed investigators and 45 other attorneys and hundreds of researches and uncovered the following:
1. Obama posted his tax returns on line and originally did not flatten the pdf file, the full unredacted CT SSN 042-68-4425 that he is using became available to the public. This number failed both E-Verify and SSNVS and was traced to a Jewish immigrant from Russia Harry J. Bounel, born in 1890, presumed to be deceased with no surviving relatives and this number was unlawfully assumed by Obama between 1980 to 1986.
2. you can see in attachment sworn affidavits from top law enforcement officers and experts including the Chief Investigator of the special investigations unit of the US Coast Guard Jeffrey Stephan Coffman (recently retired) stating that Obama’s IDs are forgeries.
3. so far no court ruled this issue on the merits and there was no order by the court to release the original (wet ink) 1961 birth certificate,  1980 Selective Service registration and the original SS-5 application to the  Connecticut Social Security number 042-68-4425 that  Obama is fraudulently using.according to E-Verify and SSNVS
4. It was reported to me that you appeared on Bill O’Reilly show on FOX and made a defamatory statement about a birther movement, which will be attributed to me as a leader of this movement.I am forwarding to you in this and next e-mail (due to size limitation) evidence supporting my claims.
I demand an immediate apology and retraction from you to be made in the same forum, Bill  O’Reilly show. I demand an opportunity to appear on O’Reilly show and present to the public actual governmental records and affidavits and let the public decide whether Obama is indeed a criminal who needs to be removed from office and criminally prosecutedfor usurping the position of the U.S. President while using forged and fraudulently obtained IDs.. Your behavior represented journalistic malpractice, defamation, slander and was despicable. You ridiculed work of multiple attorneys, licensed investigators and researches. This equals to ridiculing Woodward and Bernstein during Watergate.
This letter is being forwarded to Bill O’Reilly himself, who previously made inappropriate remarks and allowed such slander on his show without allowing me to provide the evidence supporting my work.
I demand an immediate public apology and retraction. This letter is being made public and will be posted on OrlyTaitzESQ.com and will be sent to 29,000 media outlets. Obama was proven time and again to be a pathological liar. He lied about Benghazi, he lied about IRS not attacking conservatives and Jewish pro-Israel organizations. It is time for people like you to realize: a liar is a liar. This man is a criminal and dangerous. If he is using a stolen Social Security number and all forged IDs, it means you do not know who he really is. Do you understand that there are pictures of Barry Obama in HI in 1969 studying and attending school under the name Barry Obama and there is a school registration showing him from January 1968 studying in Indonesia under the name Barry Soetoro? Do you understand that evidence shows that there were 2 boys: one residing in HI from 1962 (he lived in Seattle the first year of his life when his mother studied in the U ofWa) until 1969, and there is another boy by name Barry Soetoro, who resided in Indonesia at least from January 1968. For two years one boy resided in HI and another in Indonesia. We do not know which one came back to HI: was it Barry Obama or Barry Soetoro. I suspect it was the second.
Mr. Goldberg, I know nothing about you, but let me tell you something: my grandparents witnessed Pogromi in Kischinev, I have relatives who died in WW2, my uncle was a well known refusnik and I had another uncle who spoke 5 languages and was a translator during Nuremberg trials. I am not afraid of a fight and I play for keeps. I did not escape from the Soviet Union and spent 5 years on research and legal actions, only to be reticulated by reporters who are committing journalistic malpractice and who are too lazy to look at the evidence and facts before they run their mouth.
 Do your job! Look at the evidence and issue an apology and retraction. Rest assured: sooner or later Obama  will be removed from office and many in the media, who aided and abetted him, will lose their positions at best or will be prosecuted for aiding and abetting  forgery and fraud at worst.

    You took the words from my mouth. Bernie wanted to engratiate himself with the “NoSpin Zone” guy, so he had to throw the ‘birthers’ under the bus as a sign that what they were discussing about the Usurper, was above any political calculations, or based on any feeling of malice towards the Usurper-in-Chief.

    I think you should sue their pants off for 50 million in punitive damages and forget the TV news apology because they only have morons watching that believe those liars and criminals in their complicit obama cover up anyway.
