Cruz supporter might try to crash Trump’s veterans fund-raiser event today and try to pressure Trump into a debate with Cruz. Here is the perfect answer for Trump.
By Dr. Orly Taitz, ESQ
Donald Trump, GOP presidential race front-runner is having a fund-raiser for veterans today while at the same time second and third tier candidates will be attacking each other for the seventh time on FOX.
Cruz and his super pac announced that they will give $1.5 million to veterans if Trump agrees to a one on one debate with Cruz. Representatives of this super pac might appear at Trump’s event and will try to pressure him into a debate with Cruz which Trump really does not need.
So, in my opinion, Trump or his representative should state that this behavior by Cruz and his super pac is a very cynical use of veterans. If they want to donate to veterans, they should do it without strings attached, just as Trump is doing a fund-raiser and donating a 100% of proceeds.
Further, there is no point of Trump debating Cruz as Cruz is not eligible to the US presidency at all. Trump participated in six debates which were organized by networks and Cruz was invited by networks. It was not Trump’s decision to invite Cruz to these debates. However if it is up to Trump, such as a one on one debate, he will not waste his time debating with ineligible candidates. The US constitution states that the president has to be a natural born US citizen. The constitution does not specify what natural born is, however the reason there is no such specification as at the time of drafting of the constitution, members of congress knew the meaning of the term and used a legal encyclopedia, “Law of Nations” by Emer De Vattel. Chapter 212 pf the Law of Nations clearly states that natural born citizens are ones who are born in the country to citizen parents. Cruz is not eligible and is not a natural born citizen as he was born in Canada and his father was not a US citizen at the time. Coincidentally, Marco Rubio is not eligible as well as at the time of his birth his parents were not US citizens, they were Cuban citizens on visa in the US. At the time of his birth Rubio automatically inherited Cuban citizenship. Both Cruz and Rubio are citizens, but not natural born citizens and should not run for the US president and should not participate in any debates.

That is exactly my view concerning any stand on any issue held by cruz. He is irrelevant for the simple reason he is not a “Natural Born” U.S. citizen. That also applies to rubio and jindal, and most importantly, and of immediate concern, obama.

Dr. Taitz,
Thank you for all you do. Yes you are so right about this as a response to those that do not understand the two citizen part of the requirement. Mr. Trump may do well to have Prof. Arrn from Hillsdale College and LTC DR. Terry Liken come by to help explain some things. This would very respectful to us Veterans. Teaching may be more powerful than debating. Again, you are the best. We pray for you and yours.

Dear Orly,
“Further, there is no point of Trump debating Cruz as Cruz is not eligible to the US presidency at all.”
This is excellent advice to Donald Trump. Not only does it emphasize that Cruz is ineligible as Canadian-born, but it also high-lights that the highly-ethical-Constitutional-expert-Cruz is flaunting the RNC’s own rules about no outside debates by urging Trump to join him in ‘one on one debate’.
Also, here is Fox News’s Carl Cameron in 2013 saying Cruz is ineligible:

Orly has this pegged.
Cruz, Rubio, and Santorum should not even be in this mix.
And any and all who are supporting them are also aiding and abetting an un-constitutional activity!
And just got a mailing from someone who does support Cruz in Iowa. And this person is trying to persuade me to join them!
And…I’ve found out that the (new) location for the caucus in my area, has been moved by the Iowa GOP higher ups!
This means that I have to try to get to this location, which is now a mile away…and I have no car! And other, further circumstances!
It takes the GOP establishment to pull this! And I have a lot of questions. So will see if I am able to get there?!

In accordance with the rules of the RNC, there can be no Republican debate other than the ones that are scheduled by the RNC. A candidate can choose not to participate in one or more of the scheduled debates, but s/he can not participate in another debate that has not been scheduled by the RNC. Those are the RNC’s rules, and I’m sure Cruz knows that.
