    Is this good news Dr. Taitz? What did the statement say? I’m so excited. I can’t believe the 13th is almost here. Do you know when Obama will be arriving? Will he landing at LAX? We should have patriots lining the roadways with signs as he makes his way to the courthouse!!!

    The U.S. Attorneys argue that the plaintiffs failed to meet the requirements for serving the complaint. They throw in a few jabs at the the plaintiffs’ filings.

    Wouldn’t such a filing of a “Statement of Interest” by the US Attorney’s office be considered rather unusual?

    Thanks Bryan. I read it.

    This is so unfair. They claim Dr. Keys summons was not properly served, yet it is the U.S. Government itself that denied access to Obama via the Secret Service. Talk about a Catch 22! Obama gets to hide in plain sight!

    Will true justice ever be served on Obama? Will Obama ever be forced to stand before a judge and argue the true merits of this case? All we want is the truth. The more Obama hides behind the law, the more this movement will grow!

    Orly, I hope the judge agrees with you!

    Hi Dr.Taitz,

    No, I wasn’t aware that Obama doesn’t have to be there. I’ve been in letter writing mode these last few weeks and haven’t been on the internet as much as usual. I’m sorry I missed that information. Also, my dad is tired of me “bugging” him and won’t answer questions for me. It’s so sad when the people we love don’t see eye to eye with us on important issues like these. I want to convince him so badly but nothing I say works. He just shoots me down. And he’s not an Obot, seriously. He’s a very Conservative person, he just won’t hear me. I pray everyday that one day he’ll wake up and that, as he wakes, so will the millions of other Americans currently unaware of this Constitutional crisis.

    I hope you will be the person to open all our eyes Dr.Taitz, with your courage and beauty and strength of character and most importantly, with God’s help. I know HE is on your side. I just know it! You’re an exceptional person Dr. Taitz and surely touched by God. I’m just a small person who still lives at home and collects disability, You are a great person and I hope the letters I wrote aid you in your great cause. I want so much to be a part of your victory.

    Brian, thanks for all of the references on your website. We are using all of them against obama in another lawsuit… keep up the good work please… obviously you don’t know there is a difference between a native born and a natural born citizen…

    you are obviously getting paid by Obama or you love to see criminals do well and destroy our country.. Maybe you are too dumb or arrogant to understand… arrogance of wicked men such as Usurper’s, have been their down fall..

    What rubbish…Obama damn well knows he is on notice!! Millions of people are on to him…he knows it…the judge knows it. Stop the bullcrap and render a decision on the merits! Meanwhile the country rots from within and the stench from the White House grows ever stronger.
