Once again I am just an old fashioned common sense guy here so I guess I need an explanation. The SSA already admitted in an earlier case that they had the Harry Bounel records but were playing the privacy game in direct violation of their own 120 yr rule. So, my common sense question is what is there for the court to decide on? The court knows the record exists due to the previous case and they know of the SSA’s own 120 yr rule which gives the public access to the records. Can someone help me to better understand this?

Dr.taitz,
You are the true Lady Liberty. Awaiting to find a honest judge, just ONE!
You have more spine than all congress and Scotus together!

Unfortunately, I do not think the court will rule in your favor, as much as I would love for them to. However, IF they did rule in your favor, what then would happen?

Mark, you are a known Obama supporter, clearly you want the court to rule in his favor

I’m a known Obama supporter?!?!? PLEASE enlighten me as to where you got that idea. At the risk of sounding crass, nothing could be further from the truth! I can not stand the man! NEVER HAVE. I was raised by a retired Naval Officer (step-father) and retired Sheriff’s Deputy. Every male in my family has served in the military, with my younger brother being deployed 3 times. I am an ardent supporter of our military AND Constitution. The mere fact that I feel I have to defend my beliefs to someone who has no inkling who I am, or what I believe irritates me. Not to mention, being called a supporter of that “man” (again not sinking to the left level of name calling) actually pisses me right off. ANYWAY, again, my question was my question, if you read it, was actually asking what our limp wrist government will do if the courts rule in your favor. I am a little confused as to what would happen should they rule in your favor. Oh, and please, by all means, feel free to email me and I will direct you to my personal page, where you can look through a history going back since it was announced that he was running and you will see that I CAN NOT stand that man…

Mark, you think the Judge will not rule in Dr Taitz’ favor based upon what? Read my previous post and give us rationale as to why you think the Judge won’t abide by the law and grant Dr Taitz access to the records.

In cases like these, such as the lawsuits regarding his eligibility, how many times have the judges actually followed law?

AND my original question stands, as NOT ONE judge has held Obama accountable for anything he’s done wrong, and the list of his wrongdoings is how high? In all the proven wrongdoings, some of which Americans have literally died for, when has ANYONE actually held him accountable, and what will they do?

“In cases like these, such as the lawsuits regarding his eligibility, how many times have the judges actually followed law?”
You did not answer Rod’s question. The issue is not how many times other judges actually followed law, but whether this judge has the personal honor and integrity to honor her solemn oath to uphold and follow the rule of law. We pray that she does.

After speaking with you on the phone this morning, and expressing my displeasure in being termed a “known obama supporter,” you informed me that you would remove that statement. As of yet, my response to that comment is still “awaiting moderation” and yet, the accusation of being a supporter of that man is still there…

I do not know where the statement is.
If you are not an Obama supporter, that is good, I am happy to hear that, so maybe you can support my work by donating
