    All he has to do is just do the exact same thing every modern President before him has done in order to circumvent the Legislative and Judicial branches of government. Just declare it a national state of emergency and billions in reserve emergency funding come pouring in. If all the previous satan-worshiping Presidents can do it to funnel emergency funds to their favored geographical voting districts, then Trump can do the exact same thing as they did. They set the precedent. All he has to do is order the Army to secure the frickin border. How frickin hard is it? Use eminent domain if you have to. This is one situation where the Constitution explicitly allows it. “…provide for the common defense…”.
