    You should know that a Congressman cannot charge someone with contempt for said person’s actions in a court or state hearing. That’s not his jurisdiction, separation of powers etc.

    He can only charge someone with contempt w.r.t. a Congressional hearing.

    the whole point is for them to take on this issue and start congressional hearings, specifically due to the fact,that Obama is in contempt of court and refusing to provide any records
