   Tax bills cannot start in the senate. The fact that Obama lied to America and Congress about the ACA being a tax is enough to impeach him. The Constitution guarantees the States a representative government. His lies were a deliberate attempt to deceive our representatives which defrauds the States.

   The Supreme Court says it is a tax. At that point, the bill should have been vacated because it originated in the senate. The Constitution says that all tax bills must originate in the house of representatives. The fraud committed by lying to congress is probably actionable by every State in the union. If you listen to all three videos of Gruber you’ll hear him say that he worked with Romney in MA on RomneyCare. Be careful who you vote for in 2016. Politicians will not reverse the ACA because they have never seen a tax that they don’t love. They will argue about small parts of the bill and never abolish the tax. It will take a court to reverse this law.

   Obomba continues to plunder the 50 independent States (USA) of their wealth, independence and self governance with arbitrary measures such as his most recent decision regarding one year visas now having become 10 year visas. The reasoning is that wealthy Chinese communists would be better positioned to invest in U.S. real estate, including houses for academic offspring. Millions of foreigners temporarily residing at a U.S. address have just been advanced to permanent legal status. Government incrementalism has struck again. Lest we forget, California will implement, the beginning of next year, a change in State policy which allows anybody on the planet to enter into a Dept. of Motor Vehicle office and obtain an official driver’s license. I wonder if said driver’s license will be automatically renewed.

   So, ten year visas and a steady influx of foreign newcomers, annually, legal or not; it tallies up to an unabated invasion on a grand scale and makes the “live free or die” Free State Project look like amateur hour.

   The States need to act, now, and issue demands upon Congress to stop all immigration until stabilization measures are reset. For that matter, the States need to reset, Constitutionally, all federal laws, policies and procedures.
