Clarification: the judge in Acosta/CNN case did not say that Acosta or any other reporter has a 1st am-nt right to be in the WH, he simply says there needs to be a due process prior to taking away the pass. WH will right the rules to explain the due process so disruptive reporters will be kicked out based on those rules, with due process

Clarification: the judge in Acosta/CNN case did not say that Acosta or any other reporter has a 1st am-nt right to be in the WH, he simply says there needs to be a due process prior to taking away the press pass. WH will write the rules to explain the due process so disruptive reporters will be kicked out based on those rules, with due process.

WH will write the rules that if a reporter is told, no more questions, he needs to give up the mic and reporter does not follow the guidelines, would not give up the mic and is disruptive, then the reporter will be removed and his pass can be taken away. So, next time Acosta or anyone else is non-compliant and disruptive, he will be kicked out based on those rules, due process will be given and the judge will rule for the WH

Rich, only applies when it’s a Republican Pres. How come there was no need for due process when obola refuse to allow conservative news media in his press conferences? We need a constitutional amendment to make judges accountable for their partisan actions. Just like on every “contested”(fraudulent) democrap campaign vote count judges are allowing votes, that according to the law that they are supposed to enforce, they are not supposed to, yet, when Mia Love ask the court to stop counting to check on the veracity of signatures on the ballots she was turned down. We need to go back to the days of tar and feathers for these crooked if the law enforcement agencies of this country don’t do anything. Only the middle class and the poor have to abide by the law, the rich, the famous, the politicians and the muslims are excempt. Only in America!
