WHOA! Hillary Clinton – Barack Obama voter fraud?

FAMOUS FOUR charged with felony include:
Butch Morgan, Pam Brunette, Beverly Shelton and Dustin Blythe were charged April 2, 2012, in an election fraud

\”Felony charges related to election fraud have touched the 2008 race for the highest office in the land.

Prosecutors in South Bend, Ind., filed charges Monday against four St. Joseph County Democratic officials and deputies as part of a multiple-felony case involving the alleged forging of Democratic presidential primary petitions in the 2008 election, which put then-candidates Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton on the Indiana ballot.

The officials are accused of taking part in a scheme to fake signatures and names on the primary petitions needed to run for president. Court papers say the plan was hatched by local Democratic Party officials inside the local party headquarters.\”

Is it any wonder OBAMA seeks illiterate voters for his 2012 re-election efforts? Is it any wonder Nancy Patricia D\’Alesandro Pelosi blasted the media saying quote \”I just KNOW Obama will win 2012 re-election\” duh!

    If proven in Court it will effectively render Barack H. Obama’s Presidency a nullity ab initio, from the beginning. That is the nature of contract law.

    Dr. Taitz might do well to have herself joined to the proceedings in question in a number of possible ways and thereby either prove or add weight to her case, by way of a State of Indiana Supreme Court judgement, confirming and upholding her evidence before numerous other Courts, and in so doing creating a precedent which could serve to assist her main case in the future.

    A little clarification about the term “ab initio” from Wikipedia:

    “In law, void means of no legal effect. An action, document or transaction which is void is of no legal effect whatsoever: an absolute nullity – the law treats it as if it had never existed or happened.

    The term void ab initio, which means ‘to be treated as invalid from the outset,’ comes from adding the Latin phrase ab initio (from the beginning) as a qualifier. For example, in many jurisdictions where a person signs a contract under duress, that contract is treated as being void ab initio.”

    Black’s Law Dictionary defines void as:

    “Void. NULL (my emphasis-pertaining to P.McDonald’s use of “nullity ab initio); ineffectual; nugatory; having no legal force or binding effect; unable, in law, to support the purpose for which it was intended. Hardison v Gledhill 72 Ga.App. 432, 33 S.E.2d 921

    The dictionary further goes on to define void ab initio as:

    Void ab initio. A contract is null from the beginning if it seriously offends law or public policy in contrast to a contract which is merely voidable at the election of one of the parties to the contract.”
