CBS poll on Kagan confirmation hearing

Posted on | July 7, 2010 | 1 Comment

Interesting results of a liberal CBS poll regarding confirmation of Elena Kagan:

Should Elena Kagan be confirmed as a Supreme Court Judge?

88%-No   9%-yes, rest are unsure

Rank your most favorite justices:

Most favorite: Roberts, Thomas, Scalia

I never thought I’ll see it in a CBS poll.

    Can you provide a link?

Was it scientifically taken or was it an online poll where anyone could click multiple times?

    Big difference.
